Our family has stayed at this hotel several times on several different trips to Disneyland. Excellent choice for such a vacation. Within comfortable walking distance of the park, as well as being on the park's shuttle route. Nice rooms, good service.

Everything was really clean until we got to the table where it was covered with some weird sticky stuff. The staff was nice and accommodating when our drinks came wrong they replaced them then took them off the check. There was one last that worked there (Janet) she was trying to be nice be everything she said came out really racist "we don't sell watermelon flavored anything." But then we were compensated because of her stupidity. Overall a really nice visit and I will be going again as soon as I can. :D

Room is clean. Staff at front desk are very courteous and check in is quick. Location is wonderful, on the back side of the park. Now for the not so great: There were gnats all over the room because of garbage cans near the room entrances. They should be using covered garbage cans or omit them entirely. The AC units are old and cool air doesn't circulate the room well. There isn't a vent in the bathroom, so all the hot and humid air from showers will add to the problem. Be prepared to have 2-3 hours when you simply cannot be in the room after a shower because it's too muggy. Windows have no privacy film, only options are shutter them close or have every person passing by be able to look directly into the room. Bed is spongy, literally almost fell off when we tried to sit on a corner to take off shoes. Little to no support for people who need harder mattresses, it's gonna be a rough night. Showers and sink are slow to drain, but that's expected for an older building.

This was a very nice hotel for the price. Wish the pool hours were better but our room was very nice and spacious. The front desk gave us the wrong room number and in the timeframe it took to get that all sorted out any chance of getting to the pool was kaput. No complimentary breakfast but room service was available during their restaurant hours. I found a few ants in the bathroom which might be something to look out for. Great location overall.

We stayed here because it was so much cheaper than staying at a Disneyland hotel and because it was across the street from Disneyland. We checked in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately that's the only positive thing I can say about this hotel because in the end, you get what you pay for. While here, we stayed in a mission suite. The room was dirty (stains on the wall and floors, floorboards were scratched and dirty, and only one nightstand) and the bathroom was even dirtier (again stains on the floor and walls and a clogged shower/bathtub). When we turned on the shower, a ball of hair and black debris came up from the drain. During our one night stay it began to lightly rain. Once the rain started, an obnoxious knocking sound also started. It sounded as though water was dripping in between the walls. The mattress was clearly overworn with two depressions in it and squeaked with every move,. Needless to say, we did not sleep well and won't be back.

The staff is very polite and helpful. If you arrive before check in they can still get you started and call you if the room is ready early. The location is close enough to Disneyland that it isn't an issue to go back to the hotel a few times in the day as needed. The room is a decent size and the bed is comfy.

This was my first time staying at the Annabella hotel it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. We chose to stay here because we were visiting Disneyland which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to visit Disneyland. I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel seems to be run down. The rooms and interior are quite old. The walls are very thin, you can here people next door snoring during the night. The AC is so loud that you need to turn it off to be able to sleep. And the bath room is tiny. I forgot some clothes in one of the drawers in the room and contacted the hotel the next day (after check-out), but they were gone! The only good thing: its in walking distance to downtown Disney.

Our room had a King bed and a queen bed and a pull out couch. The rooms are really nice and we got breakfast with our booking. The walk to the Disney Parks is really easy and it is right next to the Anaheim Convention center. There are many good food places just down the street on Katella. It's a great location and a great place to stay for relatively inexpensive.

This hotel is ok. Clean and appears nice. Best quality is the distance to Disney. Can easily walk. Check in times seem really late. We lost water in the shower and sinks for awhile. Also a big issue is air conditioner noise. If you can sleep with noise similar to a jet engine then you have no problems. I'd prefer to stay at the nearby Hilton.
