hilton honors redemption; rather pricey at 28000 points; got nice room on top floor which was fifth on side opposite to freeway so was quiet; good selection of tv channels; less than ninety dollars is great deal; up to 120 dollars is reasonable; above 120 dollars, you are overpaying for what this hotel has to offer; standard hampton inn breakfast which is very acceptable
A good Hampton that has been recently renovated. I was worried first when I got into the elevator because the elevators have not been part of the renovation it seems. But the hallways the rooms are updated Everything seems nice and clean and the staff is super friendly. The only thing that I have to say for improvement there should be more plugs bedside. I had to move furniture around and unplug things to get my electronics plugged in 4 alarm sound machine etcetera
Beds are comfortable, nice sheets and pillows. Free water, tea, cookies, and coffee, available 24hrs. Free breakfast with a lovely dining area! It's a bit pricy, but overall it's a nice hotel. There's a laundry machine downstairs which is useful
The hotel was nice but thewici was absolutely terrible. Thr cell reception was also horrid. My business calls kept dropping within the hotel.
In town on business and have stayed at this hotel before. Typical of the Hampton Inns, but a little older property. Comfortable room and everything was working. Close to a few fast-food and a couple casual restaurants. The staff were a bit impersonal, but not rude. No reason not to stay.
We stayed five nights. Every day we had to request something. More than once, there was not enough towels (there was only two of us). One day we did not have any soap. Every day the floor appeared to not be vacuumed. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The back door was never locked. Anyone could walk in at will. The washer and dryer did not work any time we tried to use it. The staff was very dry and unfriendly except when directly confronted. The room was comfortable otherwise and the breakfast was always good. Best advise is to try another Hampton.
Had a nice stay here. Close to StubHub Center and within close driving distance of restaurants. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and some rooms have a microwave and fridge.
Nothing to brag about but gets the job done. Cheaper than staying at LAX but you have to live with the constant drone of traffic noise from the freeway mere feet from the hotel. Update: I've stayed here probably 10 times in the last couple years and the professionalism and property is declining. Little things like the pool water not being chlorinated and looking like a pond, no water in the fitness room water dispenser, the day- time counter girl is surly with customers and feeling empowered to be short with them. The hotel employees parking in the slots closest to the entrance. Gold and above Hilton Honors members are entitled to a water and snack on check in but now you have to actually ask for it to get it. Used to really like this place but at this point, I probably won't be coming back.
Great staff! Clean rooms and very comfy beds. Ask for a room on the opposite side of the freeway, unless the sound of cars whizzing by is your version of a bed time story.
Check in was at 3:00 pm. The stub hub center was a short uber ride away. The free breakfast was really good. There were plenty of hot items such as eggs, breakfat meats, and waffles. Emplyees there were very friendly, and helpful.
The Customer Service was terrible. For what I'm paying I expect friendly and fast service. Not here. The rooms were small and not what I expected.
The staff were very friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed. Brand new beds were being delivered to all the rooms on the day of our arrival and they were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!
So far so good. Room was clean. Great job to housekeeping on that. But I wonder does housekeeping clean the tv changer/ remote(disinfect germs), and so forth? Very curious on that one. But overall great stay 3.7 out of 5 in my bk
