The room I got was better than what is described in other reviews in terms of cleanliness. One thing I did experience was the thiness of the walls , the following morning I was able to hear a woman on the phone coming from what I assume is an office next to the room. She was clearly audible as if in the room. Besides that , the room was fine and staff friendly

Enjoyed our stay very much. Good location, however you have no choice but to use valet for parking. They were great though. Good restaurants close to hotel.

Chose this place for a business meeting my fiancee and i had. When we arrived and got the first room we were a bit dissapointed it only had a stand up shower. I called front desk and Travis said he will see if he has anything. He called me shortly and put us in a room with a bath tub and a mini kitchen. I was wowed, he was fast and very nice about it. I would definitely use this place again based on customer service. The property is nice, very close to the beach. I enjoyed listening to the waves before sleep! Thank you Travis, you are awesome!!

No question that this is a great location. However the room we stayed in was a little bit dated. It looks like they have renovated many of their rooms, but unfortunately we didn't get to stay in those. Get to the beach early if you want towels and a beach chair, otherwise you'll need to bring your own. Your only option for parking is to pay $34 per day valet, plus tip. It is a very walkable Community with plenty of restaurants in all price ranges within walking distance and a grocery store right across the street.

Loved my room! Beach service was the best I've ever had!! The guys are so nice and helpful! Set me up with a padded lounge chair, towels, and umbrella very quickly.

It was nice. We wanted to eat at Driftwood Kitchen but they couldn't seat us. We ended up on The Deck. Too long of a wait but nice atmosphere and beautiful view. The food was good. Recommend the cheese platter.

Attended a party at the bungalows and loved it. Gorgeous views and beautiful rooms. We had access to the Sailor Jerry, Fox, and Billabong rooms. The staff was awesome and the food was good. I enjoyed it so much I will be requesting information to host a future event there.

Incredible place!! We came for a wedding weekend and the experience was phenomenal. The staff that worked the wedding, the food and all the details were perfect. Another amazing spot at this hotel is The Deck, my new favorite bartender is Morgan please make sure to meet him he will take phenomenal care of you!! Great job Pacific Edge hotel can't wait to come back. Morgan protect the sea until we return. Love Brenda & Mark

Pretty bummed when got to our room. Very musky and not very clean room. Needs major renovations. Even the sheets weren't comfortable at all. They really need to invest in a major Remodel of there standard rooms. When you pay $250 a night and the pictures look way better then what you walk into very disappointing. I definitely wouldn't have booked there if we knew that going in. The staff and valet were very nice. The location was great. Just the rooms them self were majorly disappointing.

The hotel is not bad, though there is a large disparity between the best and worst rooms at this hotel. The location is killer, one of the few hotels directly on the beach in Laguna, and very close to downtown. The bar and restaurant located here are pretty nice, with coastal/beachy design and a relaxed ambience.

The rooms are not what is pictured. We thought the room was going to be better than it actually was. The window we have is open to the people outside, the a/c in our unit makes loud noises and barely works and the fridge doesn't work. The bathroom is tiny and can barely fit a single person. There's a door that leads to another room which looks like they broke into two rooms so they can rip the customer off. The TV is located at an awkward place on the wall where you'll have to sit at the end of the bed to be able to watch anything.

We had a 2 double size beds room. Location= excellent. Service= great. The actual room= below average.
-furniture kinda run down and bathroom was too narrow/tight. The insulation between rooms is terrible. You can hear everything. Our room faced the South Coast Highway so of course it was noisy. Perhaps we were in the most feasible room and the higher priced rooms were better.? But on a positive note the linens seemed clean which is important.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Close walk to town, right on the beach, amazing views from ocean view rooms and restaurants. The food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the hot tub had a lot of debris and sand at the bottom. We would definitely stay here again.
