Great location for Festival of lights, visiting Mission Inn. Near plenty of restaurants. Parking is kinda tight. Overall a fine place to sleep.

It is really nice to see some pride of ownership, this place is very clean inside and out. I had stayed only one night do to a meeting in Riverside early the next morning. My room was so clean and the bed was like a 5 star hotel bed. This place is recommended for a nice place to stay

Wonderful night stay!
I found this hotel at 12:45am after leaving another hotel in the area that was infested with cockroaches. The employee who answered the phone was very kind and when I checked in he was very speedy with service. Room was immaculate, very clean, well maintained furnishings. AC unit was sublime considering it was 91 in November. Parking right outside the room door was a plus! Shower had good water pressure, plenty of towel for my family. The rooms are small, nicely remodeled with nice furniture. Doesn't look too great on the outside. It was convenient for one night stay since we attended a late event near by.

The bed was tiny, the room was small, and there was a shower only in the bathroom. That said, the room was clean, the bed was soft, and the blanket thick and inviting. The A/C was also fairly powerful. Great deal for the price and area.

You may not agree with my five-star rating but for the price, this place is the bomb.
The pool is great with an 8-foot deep end! You don't see that very often anymore. We stayed here for four nights and got out for less than $400!
The place doesn't look like much and the rooms aren't huge, but everything is very clean and updated inside. The beds are comfortable, the wi-fi is fast, the service is great
The breakfast is a bit lacking and the breakfast room is tiny. This isn't a Marriott with a huge lobby that's open all night. There's no store, no restaurant, etc.
But for the price, this place is perfect.

Customer service was very friendly and helpful check in was a breeze the rooms were very clean they smelt clean and looked and felt clean it was very calm and relaxing atmosphere bedding was very comfy linen was a better quality than most. breakfast was awesome they have waffle maker and cresh waffle dough to make fresh waffles oatmeal fresh fruit and probable about 20 different coffees from lattes to cappuccinos toast yogurt and lots more stuff too

The room was clean and fairly updated. The outside of the hotel is small and unassuming. The location is convenient to several bars and restaurants in downtown Riverside, as well as grocery and a few other retail stores.

Easy check in,quiet room,central location,friendly staff.we went to see the holiday lights around the mission inn. It was an easy walk to that event and to a nearby restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was basic but convenient..

This location is perfect it's located in downtown Riverside. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The rates are great and the rooms are perfect. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. I highly recommend staying here!

Super clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome. Continental breakfast is small very small. However the staff made a recommendation for a local eatery about 10 miles away and it was worth the drive. There is also a great Mexican restaurant walk up around the corner. This place is also within walking distance to the Mission Inn.
