Nice place, beautiful lobby decorated for the holidays, nice big rooms recently renovated, great location! Smart TVs in the room let's you watch Netflix, BUT No fridge, microwave, or even coffee maker in the rooms. I wish Google had a 3.5 star option

Pretty decent place. Clean, I use a black light to check things out. Quick check in and checkout. Plenty of onsite covered parking as well. Not a bad place to stay!

The hotel is spanking clean and the rooms are clean too. The bathrooms at Marriott is always nice. The hotel is nicely located in Downtown Riverside and close to Mission Inn where you have loads of places to eat. Staff is courteous and friendly.

Entering the lobby was a gift to the olfactory and visual senses. Beautiful light fixtures, general decor, and holiday decorations but also what a pleasant scent in the air! Bravo to the management. The front desk staff were full of smiles and quite helpful. The elevators are easily accessible and smooth in operation. The carpets are beautiful along the hallways as they were in our room. The room had excellent black out curtains and we slept very well. Bathrooms were nicely appointed with soft towels and a nice variety of bath products. Will definitely stay again

Good size rooms and very clean place to spend the night. The employees here as friendly and will go out of there way to help you in any way possible. The location of the hotel is in downtown Riverside and close to many dinning places and cafes and the surrounding are safe and welcoming.

The room was very clean and internet and parking was comped. There was no fridge or microwave. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There was not a free breakfast. Overall, it was nice and the staff was very nice. I was more surprised that there was no fridge or microwave.

I was trying to locate some coffee after the coffee in our conference room had been removed. I asked a manager if he could point me in the direction of some coffee. After he discovered that the coffee had been removed from our conference room, he personally took it upon himself to pour a cup from behind the bar and provide it free of charge. He didn't need to do that as I would have gladly paid for it. Instead he rolled out the red carpet for me, which I absolutely appreciate.

I walked in to get ice for my grapes, and the manager was very accommodating! He saw the shirt I was wearing and we talked about that, before letting me take a bag to fill up on ice. The bathroom was also wonderful.

Location location location! Located just Steps From The Heart of downtown Riverside this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting the city. Close to restaurants and bars in the historic Mission Inn. This is my go-to overnight Crash Pad when I'm in town. Always clean, staff is great, unbeatable.

The room was comfortable but unfortunately I was next to the ice machine located on the 3rd floor that ran all night and the view was of the roof that I late found had a lighting fixture aimed right at my window. The service was perfectalways with a smile. Check in and check out was expedient. The room was clean. The location was perfect since I was there for a conference at the convention center right across the way. I will say that I am satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is located so conveniently across from the Riverside convention center that you do not have to cross any streets to get to it. The room was wonderful but If I can list one issue, it is that I was placed in a handicap room which isn't all that bad but for some reason just held a slightly musty odor. Other than that, everything else was great, especially their beds which have great mattresses and pillows.

The full service Marriott is a clean place to stay in Riverside, CA. With a stone throw away from Mission Inn and great restaurants, it's an ideal centrally located hotel. If you are too tired to go outside, they have a great bar and dinner restaurant in the hotel. If you are a Gold or Platinum Elite member, you are covered for breakfast and a fantastic evening drinks. The rooms are clean, the room service is pretty good. All in all, a good Marriott hotel for your business trips.

The event I attended at the Riverside Marriott was incredibly well organized. The seating was clean and hotel staff at one point brought out more seating. They were unobtrusive and polite. The facility was well appointed so that the varying activities during the even went off well. It was a good experience.
