It's OK if you are looking for a reasonably cheap, clean, and safe place to stay. The upgraded beds and pillows are super comfy which is a biggie for me. Renovation updates throughout but some of fine details were missed in the room.

I'm knocking one star off for some of the misguided reviews about the breakfast. Yes, it is a hot breakfast that comes with biscuit and gravy and eggs. It's not bad at all if you are okay with processed or microwavable style of food. Some of the reviews suggested a hot delicious breakfast which gave me the impression it might be like a Drury Inn hot and delicious breakfast. Not even close. It's a hot breakfast on a budget which is consistent with what you pay to stay at the hotel.

Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay. You'll get a good night of sleep on their upgraded beds and pillows. It's better than the 2-star rating suggested by Google but not much more. It's like 2-stars on steroids. :-)

We stayed here one night and got bed bugs. We woke up a few times and thought we felt things crawling on us but kept falling back asleep. In the morning, there was blood on the sheets and actual, blood-engorged bed bugs scurrying across the comforter. I am an entomologist, I know what they look like. I am covered in bites as I write this.

We notified the front desk and they kindly gave us our money back for the room, which was nice. They said they would address the issue, but you know they are only going to wash the comforter and the sheets and that's it. No way they are going to spend the money to bug bomb the room.

Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars to stay at the Hilton Inn right across the road. You won't regret it.

Very nice place. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have recently moved to this location so it's been renovated and one side is still being done. Beds were clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

Renovations underway! Beds are very comfortable. Room was nice except no hot water. The house keepers allowed me to take shower in another room. More signs should have put up "caution" "watch your step".

Neat in for road trip. Room is really really small, but location is pretty good. One night live will be OK.
Just would like to update this. They moved, and the room is bigger. :) I stayed there for another night. Better than the old one.

It definitely is one of the cleaner, yet still affordable, hotels in the area, thus the three stars, but I did have some issues with the place. The room wasn't the best/updated, and I had a serious issue where the AC unit would not work correctly at all.

Still, I may give it another go, and if I have a better experience, would change my review.

Great! Just what I was looking for. A clean place to sleep and shower without spending much money. We arrived quite late and Jerry the night clerk was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Location is the only positive. Bed was sort if comfortable except blanket was too small for bed and couldn't be pulled up to cover arms. We like king size beds but the bed took up ALL the room space( smallest motel room we have ever stayed in). Clock not plugged in because it didn't work. Commode was stopped up when we got up in the morning. Non-smoking room but smelled of smoke and "old" smell when opening door. Limited plug-ins for electronics use. Cable went out on TV. No refrigerator or coffee pot. Coffee for everyone to use in lobby was the worst ever. Lock on door wouldn't work most of the time(would lock but not unlock when closing door to leave). Ok for limited time overnight but, regardless, not good for the price.
