Dirty rooms and bugs. Don't go unless you can't afford anything else. Price was right, experience bad. Nice places next door.

The people here are very very nice. The place was clean, but smelled musty. They allowed my dig to stay with me for a nominal charge.

We were treated very well at the front desk in the office. The lady was very nice and helpful. We went to our room, and it looked decent. Then I found toenail clippings on the carpet along with little bits of paper. Do you vaccum? The pillow cases were very visibly dirty. I had yellow spills on my bedding. Uh.. Not sure what that is supposed to mean. The bottoms of my socks were clean when I got there. After walking around for 5 minutes they were riddled with dirt. Oh! And accompanying the dirt was a dead bug. There was a crumpled up receipt on the ground for KFC in the 1 foot space between the bed and the wall. I'm concerned that you didn't even glace. Can you also take care of the dirtiness in the bathtub area? And maybe repaint the wall under the painting? It's a nice painting. I like the curtains too. There's some dirt spots on the t.v as well.

All over this isn't a bad hotel to spend desired amount of time at for the cheaper pricing. By no means does it consist of ran down, bottom dollar/bottom of the barrel rooms like the vast majority of cheaper hotels around the Loudon County, Lenoir City area.
The rooms are actually roomier than some, and are comfortable enough to be rented out for as long as necessarily needed..response / report this review -

Excellent stay it was our 2nd time here.
And it was better than the first. House keeping was so nice with the greatest hospitality kind words.
Will be back forsure.
Also Chuck the front desk receptionist is real great.

Really low budget motel the room I had the toilet seat was broken and the air conditioning system didn't work right but the motel is in a really convient location far as food and Wal-Mart

Good basic accommodation along the I-75 corridor. Evert other hotel for 80 miles was booked solid, so we were happy to find a place to sleep at all. Reasonable prices, rough towels, donuts and coffee for breakfast.

I don't know how this place could have a bad review. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. No old hotel smell and the staff was very friendly. Located next to several places to eat as well. Very easy to find and a fair price. I'll stay here again if I make it that way.
