Did not get room with advertised rate on interstate, it was twice as much, rooms didn't have blankets. Woman was slow at check in, kept remarking about me traveling with my teenage son, even tho we got room with 2 queens beds! Kept asking if I was a school teacher and remarking about driver license picture. Finally told her that was taken when I wasn't standing in an artic blast wind storm. Breakfast was of fruit filled pastry and coffee. God help the children not drinking coffee, however there were some previously opened gallons of milk outside stored in buggy if cleaning supplies and rags under stairs. Will never stay here again! Owned by same ppl that in Kings inn. With the heat, you either froze or dried out all your pores with the burnt smell of heat

Good people on staff. Do their best to care for guests. I lived in an apartment for over a year at the Inn of Lenoir. If it was broken it was immediately fixed. Clean with regular updatea.

Decent extended stay. Price is reasonable. A little shady, but it comes with the territory. The management is seems very concerned with your stay.

Very clean place. Very quiet even though they are right beside a highway. Room was clean and cozy. Everything worked great. Great water pressure and hot water. Staff was excellent, very nice and polite. Will definitely return here when we are coming through this area.

The worst hotel experience ever. Methamphetamine palace. The neighbors slamming doors all night until the morning light. When confronted I see 6 people living there with meth sores all over them and a dude missing an arm and a 2 year old toddler in the mix. The people residing there claim to work at waffle house. The whole town but especially the hotel is methamphetamine infested. If you arent cool with drugs, this isnt the place for you. The rooms are nice, but things are not as they seem. The old man in the office is a liar he knows very well whats going on and permits it. We left and and let those crooks keep our money bcs the drama that was non stop was too much.

It is much cheaper compared to everything nearby, and the room was very clean, so overall it is a good value, but we did not find it very comfortable. It is a very old building and it shows its age. We also had several issues during our stay. The elderly lady at the front desk was obviously unfamiliar with computers. To look up our reservation, she spent about 15 minutes trying to log into her computer, and then struggled with a browser and eventually gave up. I showed our reservation on my phone and she accepted that. We've been on the road for 12 hours, so this was not a great start. While waiting around the front office, my daughter got scolded for touching some ornament on their front counter (don't leave things on the front counter and expect kids to not touch them). However, she did apologize later for being rude to my family. The toilet in our room would not flush, so we got switched into another room. That room also had a different problem with the toilet. It would rock back and forth when you sit on it. Obviously it had not been installed properly, but at least it flushed. The beds had sheets and a bedspread, but no blankets. There was wifi, but it kept dropping the signal every 5 minutes so I could not use it. I didn't think the lady at the front desk would be any help, so I didn't even bother asking. The room heater was noisy, and the fan would not shut off even when the heater was cycling off (even though the fan was correctly set to Auto). I had to wake up in the middle of the night and turn the power off and then on again, before it would start working again. We did not get a good night's sleep, On a more positive note, I found the staff very courteous the next morning.
