At first we were very exited about our stay here. We had read all the reviews and thought everything was going to be ok. The lady who checked us in that night was wonderful and vey helpful. however upon arrival to our room I was anything but pleased! The room needs work done to it There are marks all over the walls the shower handle has mold growing inside of it the pots and pans that were in the cabinet were DIRTY and scratched up and worst of all the bed sheets were DIRTY they had obviously not been changed.. my husband made due and fixed everything to be able to sleep. The next morning we were getting ready to leave and realized we needed a bag to put our dirty clothes in. My daughter went to ask for one and came back with a Wal-Mart bag. She told me how rude the lady was that she spoke with was and how she wouldn't even look at her. My husband went to turn in the key and the same lady was very rude to him. He too asked for a bag and one lady had one but said she couldn't get give him one because the other lady said not to. Now with all of that being said, we paid good money for this room and I do not think it is too much to ask for the employee to be nice and pleasant We didn't even complain about the room conditions or anything and probably wouldn't have said anything until the lady in the front was rude over a trash bag for our wet clothes from the football game the night before.

Was very impressed by the room and location to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Would stay there again, should we head back that way.

We have stayed here twice now. It's quiet, clean with super friendly staff. We plan on staying here again next year as well!

This hotel was setup very nice with large spacious rooms. It is a little on the older side however. This would bit stop me from staying there again. The water pressure in the rooms is fantastic.

Great little hotel close to great motorcycling territory. Full suite with kitchenette for very reasonable price. Evening manager very helpful.

Rooms available with kitchens, smoking, close to everything you can possibly need. Hot water never runs out! For a busy area the room was very quiet. Amy at the front desk was very helpful. I do recommend the fold out couch in our suite needs replaced immediately! (216) The only thing this place needs is new cleaning staff that actually CLEANS. I suggest management should stay in a room undercover for a week and get to know the cleaning staff a little better. They're the ones that can make or break your business! (That was our only issue all week, and it wasn't the same person)

Rooms are clean and spacious and have all the amenities you would need. Would stay again if the need arises. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel offers a decent room for the cost. The room I got is a large suite. Very spacious and accommodating. They provide a working kitchen with appliances and utensils / dishware. The hotel has a dated look, but that shouldn't shy you away from staying here. I would give five stars if the breakfast offered were better. Their options in the morning are very limited.
