Can I add less than 1 maybe 0 how about -5 for the rating? When we asked for a first-floor disabled accessible room at first we were told there was none of then he said oh I've got one for you it was literally a quarter of a mile away from the desk across a loose Stone parking lot. The heater was a living nightmare to figure out even with the Direction sheet. I had to fix the toilet because it wouldn't flush properly. The USB charging ports don't work properly. The electrical connections are loose in the lamps. Lighting in the room is terribly dim. Access to the far room goes by the pool you could get splashed and wet in December! I don't know how they clean these rooms, do they? Everything is greasy. My 16 year old son heard the other 1 star reviews and refused to get into the bed.
Our 16 yr old was so disgusted with the smell of his bed then, he slept on his own homemade blanket in a desk chair. The bed smelled like human waste (poop).

We stayed here on Dec 27 on our way to Florida. We were quoted a room rate of $119 through the booking service listed on the hotels website. Our credit card was charged and his amount. Hold that thought. When we got to our room there was no remote for the heater/ac. I called the front desk twice. She placed me on hold and never called us back. The room temp was80. . My husband finally went downstairs to the front desk. The clerk told him that the remotes are specific to each room and we could not use another one. They offered another room but by then we had unpacked after a long day. Front desk staff at check out were not friendly at all. No thanks at check out. Breakfast was fair at best. As far as our room receipt it showed a charge of $74 including all taxes. We will be contacting our credit card company about the discrepancy. Do yourself a favor, drive by this hotel.

Awful..we had to switch rooms 5 times! The first room was disgusting. Horrible stains on the sheets. Bathroom was dirty. The second room was slightly cleaner but no working heater. The third room was still occupied!! The fourth room also had no working heater. Luckily, the fifth room had both clean sheets and working heater but bathroom had dried pee stains under the toilet seat. Housekeeping and maintenance is severely lacking. The water park is the reason I chose this place but my children didn't even play on it because it was freezing cold water. The pool was scorching hot and the hot tub was cool. I wished I would have chosen a better hotel with just an indoor pool because this was the worst experience I've ever had. Oh and luckily my kids didn't notice the maxi pad right next to the pool 😒

I wouldn't give this hotel 1 star, but I had to to post!!
This was the worst hotel I have ever "attempted" to stay at. When we arrived and were assigned room 108. The room was terrible. The room had a moldy odor and was beside the indoor pool. We looked at the bathroom and there were no towels. I do not even know if the room had been cleaned. We checked out within minutes of checking into the hotel, my son has asthma and could not tolerate the mold. We were sneezing as well. The motel staff were not concerned. I went to the desk to get towels. There were no wash cloths the one wash cloth that was available was handed to me and had a stain. I pointed it out to the staff and they just shrugged their shoulders. The staff did not even offer to change rooms for us. They also would not refund money. I will never, ever stay at another Quality Inn. I am very disappointed. My son was very disappointed as he had looked forward to getting to enjoy the pool water park. The hotel should refund our money. The staff did not offer to assist, all they said was that they could not refund money. I understand that policy if the room would have been up to par. But it was a disaster. I wish I could talk to someone in the corporate office. The room was awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Checked in with 4 people and they gave us a one king bed room, went to change to a double queen and they gave us a room where someone was already sleeping ( thank goodness they were only sleeping, can you imagine being walked in on in your hotel room by some strangers?!) When we went back to change rooms AGAIN- The maintanence guy took me all around the hotel just opening up random doors that he “hoped weren’t occupied” to try to find us a room. Finally we got into a room where the door knob was broken off, there is mold in the bathroom and you can hear every word from the people/TV in the room next door. Our keys disabled every day and had to be re activated. We were here from Friday to Sunday and the room was never cleaned or restocked with towels or anything else. I had to go to the front desk to ask for conditioner and they didn’t ever have any.
Overall- this hotel and experience was awful. My kids begged me to go to the holiday inn across the street. We will never come back here again.

So the trip started off with there being a IT home game jacking up the regular rate to begin with. We get checked in, the front desk guy was great, and make it to the room. The inside of the hotel was kind of odd, like it used to have rooms that were accessible from outside but then was awkwardly closed in. The warm water from the pool/water park caused condensation on the exterior windows and the hall our room was in smelled moist. The room smelled the same. So we're getting around to looking in the room and the shower looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while, the over door A.C. unit was dirty and had some kind of rattle. So we keep checking the room in more detail and find potato chip crumbs BETWEEN the top sheet and fitted sheet on one of the beds and the shining jewel of it all was a dried, moldy partially eaten ham and cheese sandwich between the head of the mattress and wall. Thankfully the guy at the front desk was understanding and took one nights stay off of our bill. He also offered to move us but my kid was already settled in and thankfully my wife brings our own sheets. The breakfast is lacking, thankfully there is plenty of places for breakfast near by.

Horrible stay. First, we were given rooms that were not ready. We toted our luggage to discover beds were not made up, no cleaning, etc. Went to desk to alert them and we were told "well it's only 3:30 and that's normal". Got new rooms assigned and looked for my wife who was watching the bags while rooms were changed. A motel person had found her in the dirty room, told her to follow him and tried to help her put bags back into our car assuming we were checking out. Not. She followed this guy all over the place, down stairs, parking lot, to the lobby again, but he did not know where the new rooms assigned were located. Finally, we got into our rooms 30 minutes later.
The temperature and humidity in the hallways were stifling as a result of the water park/slides feature. We quickly dressed and went to a wedding we were to attend. Upon returning that evening, the room was still pretty warm despite turning the A/C to it's lowest setting when we left. It was an old and noisy unit that kept me awake for hours that night turning on and off.
Pillows/mattress were good. Sheets were clean. Bathrooms were OK.
Went to check out the next morning, and viewed the "breakfast bar". Left much to be desired and we decided to take a pass on it.
So after viewing the breakfast bar, we tried to return to the room and gather our bags and just leave. The electronic key we had for the door had been deactivated, and consequently the door would not open . we had to walk back down the stairs AGAIN to the front desk to have them activate our key to retrieve our bags.
We loaded the bags and vowed NEVER to return to this chaotic, ill prepared, and mismanaged motel again. Hey, were were not expecting a 5-star motel, but this place was ridiculous. I am a retired over-the-road sales guy and I can only recall two or three worse motel stays in decades of travel. If you decide to stay here, I wish you better outcomes than we had.

the staff is AMAZING. the hotel is older but has been remodeled. the waterpark is small but well maintained. it's a cozy place, very family friendly. Starbucks is right next door. there are multiple fast food places nearby, including a Cook Out in the parking lot. if you are looking for a good sit down dinner there are several of excellent restaurants nearby.

It was fairly easy to find off Google maps. We got there fairly late but the clerk was very nice and patiently answered all my questions. The room was nice and the water park ( its a huge kids play area, was fun HOWEVER if you are booking this room for the water park experience they close the pool Sunday at 11am for weekly up keep, so we didn't get but 2 hours to swim and play.. had we booked another night we could have gone back in at 1pm .. but we were just over night guests

We reserved two no smoking rooms and when we got there they smelled like we were in a smokehouse I guess the hotel management can't always stop guests from smoking but it was awful! We got a refund and went to a different hotel. The staff was very kind and understanding of why we didn't want to stay.

Dinky bathroom. The door was incredibly tough to open. Eggs at morning breakfast were good. Equipped with waffle maker. Pillows and bed both comfy. Hotel clerk a bit rough, but gets the check in process done. Check out at 11 is too early.

First of all they need to work out a ventilation system so the rest of the area doesn't smell like Chlorine. But the rooms are nice but the bathrooms could be renovated. The hotel is nice but the only problem is the chlorine makes the whole hot and muggy. And the air conditioning system could be easier to use but the breakfast is great

Rooms are a bit outdated and are a little musty. We had a poolside room so we weren't totally surprised. A vent in the bathroom could help? Breakfast was great and the kids loved the water park. They also have a pool that starts at 2ft with a divider for the deeper end and a good size hot tub area. The breakfast was very good (above average).

Very pleasant staff. The rooms are pretty nice but the smell of chlorine is EVERYWHERE. There is very little sound barrier in the rooms, until the pool is shut down, it's very loud. The pull out sofa needs updating. And the bedding for it better checking, ours had gum dried in (which the staff quickly changed out for us). The breakfast spread is very nice, juice/coffee, cereal, bagels, muffins, pastries and such, biscuits, sausage, eggs, gravy, and waffle makers.
