I absolutely love this place. I always stay here when in-between and moving or when I need a place for family and friends to stay when visiting. It's a home away from home.

I had a room that CLEARLY had NOT been cleaned. There was a sock just under the dust ruffle of the bed. There was what looked like fried mucus on the refrigerator door & a large clump of it on the doorjam to the restroom. There were the correct number of clean towels & wash clothes, plus a dirty one over the shower curtain rod.
When I brought this to the office's attention, I was told the manager would be in for half an hour that day (a Saturday) & the one person working had no authority to do anything about my dissatisfaction. He stated he personally checked every room every day(?). He also stated he would inform the manager & have her contact me. That was a week ago. I was billed full price for an unclean room. (I THINK the sheets were clean. They looked & smelled clean at least.)
I've stayed in many Extended Stays across the country. NONE have disgusted me like this room did.
The decor was nice & updated. As long as I didn't look toward the kitchen or bathroom door. This room was subpar. I told the clerk I would wait a few days, and if I heard nothing I would give a negative review on Google. I guess they don't care what their customers think. As a veteran, I'm warning other disabled veterans. Don't stay at this place! The handicap accessible room I had did not receive the same attention in cleaning as any "normal" & accessible rooms I've stayed in at other Extended Stays. There are plenty of other options in the same area.

It was a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Needs signs for directions or they simply didn't have vending machines / ice machine.

GOT BED BUGS from the room. Three guys in different rooms Woke up with bug bites from my toes to knees. Never had a worse thing than this. This place is dirty as a place can be. Some of the girls were great in helping others threatend calling police if I didn't leave. I would not advise staying at this hotel unless your broke as hell. The cock roaches are real and big first day smashed one and guts went everywhere Never seen a cock roach but this place is a first time for everything I think.

Have to get items from office n lug them up. But full size fridge, 3 burner stove. Not huge rooms tho. Efficiency apt.

Staff was very friendly but seemed understaffed. Rooms were clean but it seemed like the hotel needed maintenance in general. Rooms offered very little amenities.

Good for an overnight stay. Do not believe the free breakfast claim. They have coffee and granola bars. Room is clean and a good size, we were in the king suite.

Great location, clean rooms, nice staff. Ask for a room in the front if possible, the back has a lot of road noise. Otherwise, great price and has everything you need including a kitchenette.

Adequate rooms, available kitchenware, stovetop, reasonably clean, well-lit at night. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Imagine your first apartment--not great, but its absolute "okayness" grows on you.

Noisy place (near highway) so don't take the outer side rooms. The place is clean and the staff is friendly but it cannot fix how cheap the place is. You get exactly what you paid for. There is no breakfast included, only a coffee and a muffin in the morning.

Very clean, also bed was comfortable. Front desk lady was very nice & helpful. This was my 1st time staying at Extended Stay so didn't know what to expect. I will stay again.

The rooms were clean and a great area. The location was central and there FR meaning different food options from fast food all the way to Outback and Parkside. There are also many different shopping options from Kroger to Alt. Also many different clothing stores. The rooms were clean and very quiet area. I would stay again!
