The motel is good, but not great. Could use a few upgrades and the breakfast definitely needs work. Service and most things are good, just not great.

This is the best Country Inn and Suites we’ve ever stayed at! The beds were comfortable, the staff was all amazing, and the price excellent. It’s very welcoming and the staff all go above expectations. It was also very quiet in the rooms. Couldn’t recommend staying with them more.

Good for the money. Staff was very polite and helpful. There were laundry facilities on every floor which was nice because we were on an extended trip and most places we had stayed only had them on one floor, if any.

5 stars. Very accommodating during our Florida evacuation. Top notch service. Quality rooms. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Recommend to everyone. Nice area. First class all around.

We stayed here one night on our way home from NC. We were late checking in with three kids and all exhausted. Hotel staff was very courteous and obtained a roll away for us immediately. Beds were very comfortable and spacious (double queen room), pillows soft. Shower was super and breakfast delicious. Extra towels were sent up right away at request. It was helpful after coming in late that the breakfast buffet was available until 10:30 am and checkout at 11 am. Kids had time to enjoy the indoor pool the next morning which got us off to a good start with another long day of driving ahead.

One review mentioned that walls were a bit thin and I was concerned when we heard a dog barking across the hall when we arrived, but we did not hear anything all night once our door was closed. Curtains were heavy and blocked light/noise well.

If we stop in Knoxville again we would definitely consider staying again. Great value for the cost! Thank you!!

Great place to stay. The beds we're amazing. Had a blast in the small pool and hot tub. The hot breakfast was nothing to write home about but hit the spot. Staff was very friendly to everyone in my party as well. Would recommend this place.

Rooms are large and we'll appointed. Not much of a view. Pool area is a sauna with no ventilation, but the pool water is cold and the water in the hot tub is wondrously hot. Breakfast is about average, with a good selection if you get there early, not so much if you eat in the second half.

Spacious room. Courteous helpful staff. Free breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast. Jacuzzi was small--only big enough for about 4 people--but wonderful. The pool is indoors, so the pool-jacuzzi area was loud and hot. Free parking, but much of it is in the rear of the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby, but not much within walking distance. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

It was a nice place, friendly staff. the room we were in was clean. The AC is thermostat controlled not on the unit (we like that better). Plenty of towels and bedding. The only complaint was they were going to send up some mouthwash and never did.

We stayed in this hotel when my mother was in the hospital across the street and I have to say the staff and management is absolutely amazing! They had a hospital rate to make it easier on our family. They moved us to a larger room where our family could gather. The front desk clerk booked us a car rental and took so much stress out of an already stressful event. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. This place I would give 10 stars if I could.
