  Excellent staff and service, the receptionist during my 2 nights i was there for work was very friendly and helpful during my stay, made me feel right at home.

  My go to hotel in Oak Ridge. Friendly staff, clean modern rooms, fridge, and microwave. Off the highway, so usually quiet. Decent breakfast and comfortable beds. Also a good selection of TV channels.

  The rooms were exceptionally clean and larger than I expected. On top of that, the continental breakfast was flavorful and there was quite a diverse selection. Overall, this is a great hotel!

  My friend from rowing camp was a guest at this hotel. But it was brought to his attention that the maids stole over $150 between him and his friend. And when he brought it up to the manager they did nothing about it and refused to try and find the money that was stolen.

  I have stayed here for work several times over the last six months. A fairly typical modern American style hotel. Of note is that breakfast is served earlier than some other places, so you don't miss out if your work day starts at 7AM.
  
  It has always been possible to book here on short notice. So it is a good plan B.
  
  Keurig coffee makers in room.
  
  To get the last star they would need to:
  
  -Replace generic creamer to go with the Kuerig coffee. Really?
  
  -Repair machines in guest laundry in a timely manner. There are only two washers and two driers. Letting a machine set broken for weeks at a time means the process for getting them fixed is broken too.
  
  -Better train and supervise new staff. One new person caused enough issues that I considered movingthat person seems to have learned now.
  
  -Ditch the Armoires that hold microwave and 'fridge in the non-suite rooms. Access to/height of both is poor.'Fridge efficiency is poor due to spending day in closed cupboard. Height of top wastes what could be a useful space. Drawers are too few and too tall. I have added a photo of this wretched thing.
  
  -Upgrade the internet connection. It is OK unless a youth sports team books inthen it becomes slow and unreliable.
