Not a bad place for a in and out stay. But it is quiet and desolate. Everything is far of a walk except a bob Evans wich closes early. Staff was courteous, friendly and check in was prompt as well as check out. If you are lazy and drive everywhere even after driving all day then I guess this place is for you.

Clean rooms. Great friendly staff at the counter. The atmosphere of this place fits in well with how nice Buffalo is.. So many shops and places nearby..

Despite being offset from the highway some, the noise was not noticeable nor an issue. The room was furnished as to be expected and the checkin was quite quick. Was a good place to stay the night before visiting SUNY Buffalo the next morning. A nice little touch with the TV was that it had a personalized welcome screen and a useful channel guide.

Stayed 2nites with cousin to attend family wedding. Bed comfortable enough but room needed to be cleaned better. Had to wipe down headboard table dresser. Also desk chair was filthy requested sheet to cover so we could sit in it. Dresser drawers had left over debris inside, should have been wiped out. Area very quiet restaurants in close proximity and they deliver. Shopping mall is close by. Tamera and Karen Smith

This hotel is excellent, great price, it was perfect. I had that a need clean rooms, clean and comfortable beds and super quiet.

Simple, no-frills, but clean rooms in very convenient location, close to usual restaurants, coffee shops. Especially enjoyed the wood laminate flooring in the room. Carpets just get nasty over time. Expect noise from the NYS Thruway, but overall we are happy with our 2-night stay.

Our regular spot when we visist Buffalo! The room was very clean, ample space, comfortable design. (I liked the combination of carpeted and "wood" flooring!) Good water pressure. Pretty good sound proofing between rooms. Good location near highway, but didn't notice much traffic noise. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge/coffee maker in the room, but that's the only thing I really might add. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Nice location, back from the main road and backed up to woods. Cute rooms, friendly staff, good value. Other guests were loud all night, but hotel is great. Can have food delivered from local restaurants as well, and coffee in the lobby was delicious. I would recommend. Downside is lack of decent cableVery few channels. Free WiFi was strong, however.

Nice economy hotel. You get a free bottle of water if you become a part of their loyalty program. The beds aren't terrible and are evidently clean, and all of the usual toiletries (shampoo, body soap, towels, etc.) are available.

Room was clean and warm, and the beds were nice and firm. I had a great nights sleep and the people at the front desk were friendly. We got a great price for our room, too!
