No free breakfast or even coffee in the morning. But the rooms are nice and the front desk attendant, Matthew, was very nice and helpful with local information

The Bistro Restaurant there is cozy, quiet, comfortable, and has great half roasted chicken for dinner, along with plzza! Matt prepared a great dinner tonight of chicken, and Laura Robinson, PM Operations Manager, came over to my table! Kate DelGobbo, GM, and Laura are the best! Their Hotel rooms and service are superior!

Great hotel, great staff and great location. Denise is a champion, you need 3 more like her. Took care of us from the start and always inquired about what she could do more. Left an iPad in the room and realized that once I arrived at the airport, instead of incurring shipping costs to get it home she had the shuttle driver bring it to the terminal. That is quality customer service. Please commend her for going the extra mile, she certainly did.

Are use this property on a recent business trip. I spent two nights here. I also scheduled to use the conference room. I found the staff to be friendly. The property was well-kept. They also have a shuttle to and from the airport. I would definitely use this property over again

Great hotel. Nice and clean room. Friendly staff. It was hard to locate the hotel even though you can see the hotel to the main road. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights n 3 days on last weekend with my husband and we both satisfied. It was clean and didn't give me any hard time to breath for me who has serious sinus allergy like other most of $70-$80Inn/hotels did. Bed and blanket were really clean and comfortable to sleep compare with any other $200 hotels.The room keeper was kind and nice too. Just little hard to go into the building from the road, wish they had more bigger sign and also wish they could offer at least simple breakfast instead of selling foods to the residents.

Off the beaten path but definitely worth it. Nice room, very quiet, soft bed, and the absolute best staff anywhere. Laura and Denise were the best! Thank you! I definitely recommend.

My family and I had an amazing time at the Courtyard while visiting my Son at UB. Staff was amazing, courteous and friendly. We would return again.
