My husband and I came on a certificate and was very pleased with the hotel. Clean and has all the amenities of home. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked very inviting My only suggestion would be they need bedbug covers for their mattresses and boxsprings.. Otherwise would rate more than 5 stars! Thanks Lisa

We stayed with our grandson's hockey team. We expected a lot of noise. There was none. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast was much better than most of the hotels where we have stayed. It is newly remodeled and reasonably accessable from the freeway system. A good choice.

Pet friendly makes it possible to have our pet when we travel. Free breakfast is helpful. Could use some GF options. Midweek social hour is nice. Room was large and comfortable..

The suites were a little on the smaller side but overall, the service was great, the rooms were clean, and we were comfortable. There are grills and a basketball court in the back but the grills take a while to heat up and were not fully working as they should have (although it had rained the night before so it might have been due to them being slightly wet. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and are indoors.

I visited a relative who was staying at the hotel. His suite was very nice with a small living room and kitchen area. This location is very close to UB's North Campus.

Room was clean and spacious as we had a suite. Two large beds and sofa bed included. Breakfast was complementary and was quite good including eggs, sausage, and potatoes. No complaints overall.

It's a nice hotel going through renovation right now. The rooms and services are nice. Could use better eggs in the morning and the layout of the bathroom and the sink ate inconvenient.
