It will do but no where near as.nice as other Days we have stayed at. Free breakfast was a joke.
The rooms are clean and very warm. The breakfast could use some work, oatmeal, eggs, toast, dry cereal, and waffles to eat. Coffee and juices to drink. There is a BK next door.
Decent rooms, but I was unhappy when the management asked us to switch rooms hours after checking in. We were told there were some guests who wanted adjoining rooms. So we were inconvenienced in order to accommodate them. The manager told us it was due to an oversight on their part, and that the same thing happened to the people staying in that room the night before. Might have been a more reasonable oversight if the hotel was at or near full capacity, but judging by the parking lot that was not at all the case.
Rooms ok BUT the morning brunch is a joke! The coffee was room temperature. What they call eggs is highly subjective and NO sausage like other Days Inn. Overall experience 1. In a day and age where people look first for how a business is RATED by their customers experience this business clearly has no clue and is disconnected from the customer experience. Seriously the competition in this industry is fierce so how does Days Inn expect to thrive is service is of the poorest quality and therefore the worst overall experience?
I thought the place was really nice. The beds were nice and soft, and the room was really spacious. One thing I disliked was the toilet. It was shaped weird and it made it hard to use the bathroom. It was a nice experience no doubt, but the toilet was the only problem I had.
Clean room. Modern. Very pleasant front desk lady named Shayna. Although there were computer issues with the servers she had no problem checking me in. Very friendly.
This Days Inn is a dirty, putrid-smelling, chipped paint, delapitated, Indian-ran motel. Walked up to our room and the door handle was installed upside down. There's a sticker that instructs guests to turn the handle upwards to open the door. The bathroom smells like a sewer and the wifi has poor connectivity. I'm warning all of those searching for a hotel in the Buffalo area to look elsewhere. I didn't expect a 5-Star hotel and my standards are typically low when finding a place but this place is a dump. And to clarify, this a motel. Not a hotel.
Booked for a handicapped accessible room and was told they had none on premises. Bathroom dirty and strong cigarette smell in room. Breakfast was okay.
Good value for the money. "Continental breakfast" here is more than what you would get in other places. Place is clean, and convenient to many businesses.
Went to many days inn but this was the worst, Smelly no ventilation in the bathroom not even exhaust fan. The wifi has poor connectivity staff told to connect any five WiFi connection none working. Mentioned in the description the beds are queen but it was only full size and the staff rudely refused to admit. Breakfast was good but service was slow. Room was for 4 guest\s but the towel was only two every time had to go down and asked for extra towel when told about it answer came we do like this only. Will not recommend anyone to go.
The front desk clerk on the morning shift is so wonderful, so respectful and polite. He went out of his way to provide me with a comfortable and satisfying stay. He should be promoted in the near future
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Big tv.
Service was great and location was ideal to surrounding stores. Rooms were decent
