Rooms are comfortable but no free breakfast. If you want to eat there's restaurants and stores nearby

The man that checked us in had the personality of a rock. The 1st room he tried to put us in reeked of marijuana. I asked if he could put us in another one and he said "oh that happens sometimes. You can go in this one. It's hot; we haven't had the air on in here." No sorry, no discount, no normal human customer service response! It was not very clean and the "renovations" were more like throwing a new coat of paint on cracking and bubbling walls. I will never go back there and would recommend anyone not go there. It was horrible.

Even though we had set low expectations due to the price of our room, we immediately ran into an issue with our first room which smelled highly of marijuana. This is despite there being very clear signs of the rooms being "non smoking". Thankfully we were able to change rooms. The other room was better, but still the refrigerator looked like it hadn't ever been wiped down and looked disgusting inside. You definitely get what you pay for, and here it's not much.

Very good experience overall. Came here after discovering our hotel near Niagara Falls had b*dbugs. It is no frills, but has ice, laundry and very clean rooms. Good free continental breakfast including a make-your-own waffle station. About 20 minutes or so from Niagara Falls and easy to get to from the major highways. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay when visiting Niagara that is affordable, no-frills yet clean and well-maintained.

Good bang for the buck. Would recommend it, if you are travelling on a budget. It's located right across from the University of Buffalo South Campus.

The customer service there were nice. The place near UB south campus and university plaza. I gave that motel 3 stars because i feel that it is overpriced in comparison with the service

The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal. It's close to several stores as well as fairly close, yet reasoreasonably distant to the highway as to avoid the traffic noise. The staff were nice, and the accomadations were very nice. The breakfast was delicious, and having a dunkin donuts next door to grab coffee on My way out makes it a great place to stay ☺

Everything was just fine. My room was clean and nicely equipped. Internet worked well, beds were very comfortable and location is really good. Although on daylight the place is a bit noisy, during night it gets pretty silenced!
