This hotel is luxurious old world charm. Rooms are luxuriously appointed. The restaurant is a must try.both food and service are the best I have ever had and consistent with every visit. This hotel definitely will aim to please. A fantastic breakfast is included and is just as delicious as dinner. A must stay

This hotel is a high-end luxury experience. I was treated like an honored guest and the lobby and courtyard were tastefully decorated for Christmas. The staff were courteous and the breakfast was very well stocked. I was very surprised at how many people stayed here and that all chose to eat breakfast in the courtyard. This hotel as an old-world charm with an Italian flair. Cannot wait to go back!

Hotel is great. Nice features, fantastic service and amenities. Rooms are showing age but are still in good enough shape to get a full 5 stars. Location is perfect hot breakfast bar was great and food quality excellent. The decor may be "tacky" to some but it was clean and enjoyable. Will definitely return or try other property owned by the same group.

We have been here before but we went to celebrate our anniversary and were treated very well. Our room was upgraded and we met some very nice people. James at the front desk helped us out a lot and was a really great guy who invited us to a drink down at the bar. They had a good breakfast and the rest of the staff was very nice. Say what you will about this place but they know how to treat their clientele. It's an institution in Western New York for a reason.

Nice rooms. Had an issue with a leak in the middle of the night, hotel is full and front desk staff, Taylor, cleaned a room himself. I went from my original room to a new room down the hall and back in bed within the hour! Jimmy the bartender also works front desk very personable and nice guy. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay thus far and will still be here for another week.

Rooms are nice. We were here for a wedding and they practically shove you out the door when the ceremony is over. They had the entire ceremony setup (archway, backdrop, tables) dismantled before the receiving line finished, leaving no opportunity for photos in that space. Also, there was very little assistance from the hotel staff in planning the ceremony. We handled our own music setup, planned the entrances, etc.

I live this place. It must be experienced to be believed. The architecture and decor are full of kitschy charm. Breakfast in the morning is good. The bar will pick up food from the restaurant next door. Close to many Buffalo attractions. Oh, and hot tubs in almost every room!

This Hotel is amazingly beautiful! Very different from any other hotels. Very nice rooms and great restrooms with walk in showers! This made our stay pleasant. What really did it was the buffet breakfast in their amazing breakfast lobby! Wish the staff was nicer and not so rude. There was a lady with curly, frizzy hair working in the reception desk who not only rude but very sarcastic. I've always been polite despite others negativity for the fact that you don't know or need to know the reasons for their actions. But after a 8 hour drive in a storm from New York City to this beautiful Hotel, this kind of attitude didn't fit with the atmosphere. Hope it was a one time thing because the hotel is amazing!

This was a great hotel to stay, close proximity to the airport and very quite. Comfortable beds, clean room and hotel. Great options for 24hr beverages. Service was efficient and helpful. Would have liked to try the breakfast but had to fly out early. Would recommend this hotel and have to travelers we meet on our recent trip.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was wonderful, the overnight staff was helpful and friendly, and breakfast the next morning was so good! I accidentally left behind a pair of very expensive shoes when we checked out. When I realized they had been left a few days later, I called without high expectations of getting them back (based on previous stays at other hotels) but was thrilled to know that they remembered me and had found my shoes and brought them to the front in a bag for safe keeping until I arrived! All around wonderful experience! We will be staying many more times I'm sure!

This wasn't my first visit. Always loved it in the past. I stay in the emperor suite which is more expensive. The jacuzzi is always relaxing. The room is spacious, bed very comfortable. The Wine, roses and strawberries were perfect. Two things I didn't like - the couch is old and worn out. The toilet wasn't very clean. In the past I would have given this room a 5 star. Today it gets a 3. Overall nice experience

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel main areas and courtyard are well appointed and welcoming. We had little contact with the staff, but in our brief interactions, they were polite and welcoming.

Stayed in the Emperor Suite with my wife. Beautiful room with a huge jacuzzi tub in the room. Cool shower with a digital thermostat thingy. Everything's decorated pretty in the hotel. Used choice privilege points to pay for it too, so, bonus!

My fiance surprised me with a jacuzzi suite room and I loved it. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. He had candles lit and rose petals everywhere. He's super romantic like that. We also ate at the restaurant and the service was excellent. Everyone was nice and friendly. The steak was cooked to perfection. I didnt however care for the chicken. Overall our stay was extremely pleasant. We will be back again.
