We stayed here one night when we had to leave at an ungodly hour of the morning out of the Buffalo airport. The hotel is fairly no frills but has everything you would expect. It's close to Denny's and a few other places for late night food. We took their early airport shuttle with a few others. That takes maybe 10 minutes if they need to drop people off at another terminal first and they pack you a bag breakfast to take with if you leave before their breakfast starts. Nice touch. We didn't know this at the time but they have a stay and park option if you have an awkward flight at either end of the trip and need to park a car.

Hotel was clean and location was convenient to airport and restaurants. Only thing is it needs upgrade in rooms and common areas. Would stay here again though.

Good value hotel for it's price. Although the hallway had a musky smell but the room was nice, clean and comfortable. There are stores for shopping in the area but need to drive to them. Good location to stay if you are flying out. Airport is closeby.

Hotel is clean and presentable. Our stay was great and breakfast was a hit with me and my wife. The beds are comfortable,they have all the necessities one needs to start the day such as iron,ironing board,blow dryer and convenient small fridge to place drinks and food.Our experience was great and would recommend it to anyone.

Very clean rooms and amazing friendly service. Great breakfast and really close to Dennys.
And I loved the free cookies. It was a great touch.

Staff very helpful in answering questions i had about shuttle service and long term parking option. Friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and though small was adequate for my needs.(overnight stay for early airport departure.
Like the cookies available at night as well as the breakfast optin in the am, though i left too early to enjoy the full breakfast. There was a "grab and go" bag available for us early departures. Nice touch.
Would definitely recommend for folks who need to get to the airport.response / report this review -

We had a very late check-in and the staff was very accommodating. The room was quite small and on my reservation I requested a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 king. Other than that the bed was comfortable and due to the late check-in we were given and extra hour on the check-out. Much appreciated, thank you Best Western for the great customer service.

It was nice and quiet. Very close to the airport. Breakfast was good too. When we first got there, there wasn't very many cars in the parking lot and so we didn't understand why they put us on the third floor. The rooms were dark, not lighted well. The beds we're a little uncomfortable. Like they have been there awhile and were worn in. There was also pee on the back of the toilet, like the maid forgot to clean that part of it.

The location was perfect though I needed to stay July 1 and had forgotten to book a room. I ended up paying $305+tax on a room that was not really worth $100. There was a soap wrapper in the shower, one of the beds had a blood stain on the sheets, and the tv didn't work. The front desk employees were very kind and they did call the manager. He did come in a (he was not there) and fixed the problems. I would not suggest this place to anyone and won't be staying again, not only for the issues but charging that much for a room with less then desirable standards is a bit outrageous. I have stayed at other area hotels cheaper and much, much nicer.

Probably the best hotel in that price range. I've stayed at far more expensive places that didn't offer all the amenities this one did. The room is a Lil small but highly efficient so you really don't feel the difference. I'll def be using them in the future.

We had to fly out at 6 am and it's a 60-mile ride to Buffalo so we arrived the night before to get some good sleep. Being able to leave car and catch shuttle made for a stress-free departure. Also, room was clean and comfortable. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Our room was comfortable, clean and beds were comfy. The reception desk help went out of their way to make sure we had everything needed. Our transfer to and from the airport was also timely. I will stay here again when flying out of Buffalo.

Good hotel for those looking to stay a night before a flight. Call for the stay and fly rate where you can leave your car for 7 days for a very low price - consider that parking at the airport costs $50 the price they charge is a great value. You'll need to call as they don't offer this deal online. Free shuttle to and from the airport which is about a 5 minute ride. The amenities are basic, a standard quick eat and dash breakfast is included with your stay.
