Excellent service!
Service Dept. returned call promptly, scheduled quickly, called me with an estimate in advance and stuck to their estimate. They finished repairs when they promised to have the boat ready.
Very professional, friendly, helpful, polite and honest!!!!

On my way to Cleveland, my tire blew out on my trailer and I was stranded on the freeway. I called Ravenna Marine and luckily for me they had the tire and rim in stock and said I could stop by to pick it up. The price was very reasonable, however, I didn't have the correct size wrench to get the wheel off back on the freeway. Gary - the owner, let me borrow a 4-way tire iron to get the tire on. I was surprised people out there still trust people enough on their word. When I returned an employee helped me with a blown out taillight as well. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the quality of service I received from Ravenna Marine, and additionally how helpful and friendly Gary was. Even though I live on the west side of Cleveland, I plan to return to Ravenna Marine in the future anytime I need service to my boat or trailer.
