My salesman, Aaron McDonald, was wonderful. He persevered and got me the best deal I could have hoped for on my new Civic. Aaron continuously went above and beyond the call of duty to get me into my dream car when I originally thought I would have to settle for something much less. From start to finish, buying my new car at Showcase Honda was a very pleasant experience. Aaron made it all that much better by having a very positive attitude throughout, which meant a lot because buying a new car can be stressful. A++ to Aaron and the rest of the team at this Honda Dealership!

Came to this dealership back in 2015 to look at some Honda’s but couldn’t decide if I wanted to buy new or used, I told a salesman I really just wanted to browse to get a better idea. He started showing me a selection of used cars that did not interest me at all. He showed me a car that I was possibly interested in but I decided to back out and wanted to give it more thought and come back in a few days. He wanted to close a deal and I wanted to give it more time. He purposely for some reason held onto my debit card so that I could not leave, I asked repeatedly for it so I could leave, he kept throwing excuses my way and kept running off to “go get it”. He ended up sending another salesman over to come talk to me and I let him know I wanted to leave. He lets the original salesman know that I wasn’t trying to hear it, so the original guy comes back over and I let him know again that I wanted to leave and to hand over my debit card. He leaves again and brings over his sales manager and this manager asks why I didn’t want to close the deal, I tell him I wanted to think on it, he tells me that we are all going to have payments and that nobody ever pays off their cars and so I shouldn’t be so worried and I should just do it. I let him know I have paid off two cars in the past and that what he was saying wasn’t true. He finally hands over my debit card once he realizes I wasn’t buying anything from them. I had such a terrible experience at showcase that I ended up going the Honda dealership on Frank Lloyd Wright and purchased a brand new 2015 Honda Accord. That dealership was extremely helpful and courteous unlike showcase. I wish I could give lower than 1 Star.

We showed up bright and early thinking the had been open at 7. Jacob walked in at 8am when sales actually opened and immediately headed over to help us out. He listened to out budget and needs and showed us a wide range of options that might fit for us and was sure to keep us within our budget! We had to leave in the middle of out discussion after narrowing it down but he was eager and ready to pick back up where we left up as soon as we pulled up. He found us the perfect fit without compromising any of our needs or going out of budget. Best experience!

We had a great experience with Showcase Honda! Willie showed us the car we asked to see, let us take it for a drive and worked with our budget to get us into this amazing car! Our '13 Toyota Corolla is exactly what we were looking for and the guys at Honda pulled hard for us to make it the no-finance deal that we needed, they were so much more than fair #blessed. There was no pressure and I would recommend this business any time!

My experience with Showcase Honda and Oscar in Service was impeccable. A recall, a warranty repair and a routine service before leaving on a road trip - all done with ease and clarity - no surprises - minimal inconvenience and a thorough job.

I did not buy my 2016 Accord from Showcase and candidly, I'm used to some fairly privileged treatment from Audi over the past eight years. Oscar and the Showcase Honda folks made my service transition to Honda absolutely seamless - and I was dealt with as though my auto purchase was made at Showcase. I appreciate that very much. Thank you Oscar !

I just purchased a car from Showcase Honda and the person to help me was Ruby Beltran. I have to say she is an absolute delight. She made my car buying experience the best; no one likes to purchase a car, but Ruby made this experience easy and painless. She was dedicated to find me the car I wanted. She took me to other dealership lots just to get me the car I wanted. I have never had a sales person work so hard and never give up. Ruby, by far, is the best car salesperson I have never dealt with. I will definitely be recommending her to friends and family looking to purchase a new vehicle. Ruby you are a rock star!

BEST Price Deal in the Valley and BEST Customer Service. THANK YOU SHOWCASE HONDA. ASK FOR Jonathan this guy is amazing, a pro got me a VERY GOOD DEAL on a New Honda CR-V and SEAN the dealership Manager even throw in couple of free Oil changes and a full tank of Gas, Amazing.. Brandon the Finance Guy was easy to work with and gave us the best rate. also gave us a great deal on a bumper to bumper warranty.

I have had some negative experiences with new and used salesman in the past. Willy at Showcase Honda gave me the most positive experience. He was kind, genuine and honest. I highly suggest anyone interested in buying a car check out this dealership, and, if possible, ask for Willy :)

We have bought a lot of cars over the decades and know the "drill" so we went in saying "just show us the car we want to see" - a Honda Pilot Elite. Paul our salesman has a really fun personality and knows cars and when he didn't know every last detail of the questions that we were asking, he called over Jon to help and between those two we were fully educated on the 2017 Pilot. We thought about it overnight and the next morning called Paul on his cell to tell him he had the sale. He was not working but set us up with Jon who then had Dakota help us with the deal. Again, we said we did not want to haggle and be there all day - "just give us your best offer on our trade-in and the new car" - and so one of the 2 Treys came over with the offer and it was A GREAT OFFER! No haggling, no going back and forth. So, that was it - we signed it and now we have an awesome new Pilot! The sales people here actually listened to us - most painless car buying experience ever. My husband actually "hoped" to pay about $1000 less BUT because everyone was so helpful and up-front, he said it was worth it to work with such good people. We still got a really good deal and NO GIMICS!

Kyle and everyone at showcase Honda was very helpful and courteous. No pushing. No hidden fees on top of the listed car price like a lot of dealerships I visited. They also were willing to deal with me and were much better price! Highly recommend. Go see Kyle callaway if you need a car! He went above and beyond!

I was shopping for a used car. From the moment of first contact through the signing process I was impressed and won over by the courtesy shown by every single employee. For me, this dealership is a gem. Manny, my salesman, was knowledgeable and patient and never exerted pressure. Once the price was negotiated, I had the good fortune to land in Jeremy's office for financing. Jeremy helped lay out my options for coverage, When I got home that night, I had second thoughts about some of the plans I accepted. The next day, I returned and owing to Jeremy's day off, I worked with Richard. He did not hesitate to draw up a new contract to meet my budget. Then, the next day, Jeremy called and said he could lower my rate even more and asked I come in to re-sign. Unbelievable!!! I've never witnessed such superior service from any car dealership. Red carpet treatment the whole way. Thank you, Showcase Honda, for making my purchase experience the best I've ever had!

Miguel Sanchez (sales) and Jeremy Ransom (manager) were literally perfect! This is the best car buying experience I have had up to date. I just bought a brand new loaded Honda Odyssey for my wife and she absolutely loves it! I called in advance, told them what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay, one hour later I am at home with a new car having dinner with my family. I shopped around at a few different Honda dealerships in the Greater Phoenix area and they had the best deal. They stood by the price they gave me over the phone and did not give me the round around. If you are serious about buying/leasing a car and want to be treated with courtesy by people that respect your time, ask for Miguel Sanchez and Jeremy Ransom. At the end of the deal, Josh Back (finance) helped me choose the best financing option as well as all the protection offers without trying to rip me off on anything unnecessary.
Miguel, Jeremy, and Josh are real professionals that want to build long relationships. They are not in it to make a quick buck and never see you again. I am coming back in July for another car when my current lease ends.
