I stay here when I'm in town on business and have never had an issue. It's generally been pretty quiet when I've been here and not terribly busy. Staff is friendly and it's not far from Shady Oaks BBQ which is pretty delicious.

I enjoyed my stay there overall. The room I was in was for the most part clean. Bathroom was great. Regretted the lack of microwave in the room. Several TV functions like Input were locked. So I could not hook up my laptop to the big screen. I did not try the pool but it looked clean,as did the fitness room.

Service was great though! Any questions asked were promptly answered both in person and on the phone. Talked to staff on multiple shifts, wasn't disappointed.

We stayed for three days.The room was clean. Television wasn't working so we had a room change. Breakfast was acceptable. Receptions need retraining. I passed him in the hall, and wasn't even acknowledged. Housekeeping spoke to me as I passed her in the hall. Know bertter. Do better.

The housekeeping staff does a great job of keeping the rooms clean and well stocked with toiletries. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive. The gym has treadmills, a recumbent bike, and a few weights.

Staff here is more than professional. Absolutely some of the best. Down to earth, easy to talk to and excellent directions with GREAT dinner suggestions.

The Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth Fossil Creek is a great low budget option. Certainly not the swankiest place around but it covers all the bases for a restful stay. Parking is free and easy. Check in was quick and painless. The front desk attendant was especially kind and helpful. When she learned we were staying to attend a nearby wedding, she upgraded the room for our party. The new room was spacious and clean. Our toilet was clogged when we arrived and the housekeeper initially brought us a plunger to so the work ourselves so that is why I would knock off a star. But she eventually caught on and did the work to check the toilet and call a plunger for us. Thankfully the new suite had 2 bathrooms so the hour wait for the plumber wasn't bad at all. I would recommend this location as we enjoyed our stay very much.

Honestly quite the bummer of a hotel, checked in and the room was not even made up, messy bed, towels all over the floor, half used soaps around, definitely never had housekeeping turn it over, happens to everyone. Then the new room decided to have an oversensitive smoke detector that went off everytime you showered for longer than 2 minutes. I was here for a meeting and the it rained the day before and leaked through the doors into the conference room the day before the meeting started. On day 3 following the storm(day two of the meeting) rug was still soaking wet resulting in an extra swampy and stale smelling meeting. All. Day. All in all a pretty complacent hotel ever since the local corporate headquarters nearby started throwing a lot of revenue their way

They were really nice and would bring supplies up to the room when we called and asked if they had said supplies. Beds were comfortable and rooms didn't have any kind of a funky smell like some other hotels. Great experience overall!
