I bought a 2011 Jeep Liberty from them two months ago. Originally I thought I had gotten a good deal. The Jeep needed some new tires on it so they gave me money back to put the tires on. Since it was a used vehicle they gave me a two week warranty. Unfortunately I should have listened to my gut when it came to purchasing this vehicle. When I first stopped in to test drive it the Jeep was dirty and you could tell that maintenance hadn't inspected the engine because it was a huge mess with an animal nest inside it. They told me over and over again that it had gone through the inspection but just not cleaned. They said they would have it all cleaned up if I bought it. I decided to go ahead and trust them on the inspection and bought the vehicle. One day after the two week warranty and the actuator valve started making a very loud clicking noise every time I open a door or turn on the A/C. It drives rough now and feels like the spark plugs are bad. And just 2 days ago the radio stopped working. I feel like the vehicle wasn't truly inspected or if it been it was quite a while before I bought it. You could tell that it had been sitting in a back lot for a long time. I know now that I shouldn't have bought it. Please make sure that if you are buying a used vehicle from them that you get a list of what was inspected and when so that you know everything is in good condition.

I went in on a busy Saturday and met a salesman, Rob Bannister. He was excellent. I found a 2017 Ford F-150 and traded in my Lincoln MKT. I had to leave, so I was able to pretty much negotiate a great deal with Rob and his manager, Johnny, over phone and text. I had no intention to buy that day, but I was back at Chapman right at close and they had us out the door in about 30 minutes. It was an excellent car buying experience. No BS and not a bunch of unneeded stuff added aftermarket to the vehicle that they require us to buy. I have been driving my truck for about a month and I love it!

Our experience purchasing a new F-150 with Chapman was excellent! Our sales rep, Morgan, was knowledgeable, personable, and very low pressure. A delightful change to many of our previous experiences with auto dealers. We were able to readily identify trucks that met our desires, compare their features, and agree on a very reasonable price, including the various options available on Black Friday and through Costco and USAA, without any pressure or difficulty. Even the (dreaded) finance meeting went smoothly with Lisa - again low pressure, without pushing a lot of expensive "dealer options". The entire team at Chapman impressed us. I have never felt comfortable recommending an auto dealer before, but I highly recommend Chapman Ford.

I bought my new Ford Fusion Energi hybrid from Chapman Ford. The whole customer experience was fantastic especially my sales person Tom. Tom went above and beyond searching for the exact car I wanted in California and was able to get it to me here in Arizona. I had done my research and when it came time to price the car they respected that fact and we came to a mutually satisfying price. Then when it came to my trade-in again they respected the research I had done and the care I had put into my maintaining my vehicle and we came to a mutually agreed upon price without the typical haggling back and forth. I would buy from them again

Took a two hour drive to the valley for my son who is visiting from out of state. He Insisted we go test drive the 2017 Ford Focus ST. Honesty, I was not looking forward to the buying experience. John Harris did an excellent job in the whole process. The turn around from trade appraisal to delivery was a quick turn around to get us back on the road. Thank you to Mr Harris and his Sales Management staff.

My recent purchase was outstanding. Falaah was incredibly intuitive, polite and professional, a great addition to your whole team. They did everything, and more, to make my deal work. I am truly grateful and happy with my new Ford Fusion!

Hey just wanted to leave a review for John Harris! My wife and I went to buy our first "real pickup truck" john was really nice and professional, and took care of us from start to finish. He mad sure we were happy with payments and that we as a couple would be making the right decision! It doesn't stop there, we had a few issues with the truck mirror being broke before we got it and john made sure to schedule us to come back and get a new mirror free of charge! If you want a truck swing by and ask for john Harris! Super cool dude and knows how to help people, he won't leave you high and dry after the sale! Thanks john!!!

This is definitely the place to buy a car. I bought my 2017 Ford C-Max from Marlow. If you are buying a car, ask for Marlow. He’s an amazing saleman. Worth the wait because he’s a very busy man but he will take care of you. We will only be buying our cars from here. And Quick Lane is awesome. I love Heidi. She’s prompt, caring, and sweet. Makes getting my car serviced that much easier.

Beautiful new facility and a friendly, welcoming staff. But unfortunately my vehicle service was very poor. Regular maintenance (oil change, etc), burned out brake lights, and a sticky lift gate took over 8 hours (and I had an appointment). I told them I was waiting in the waiting room but never got any updates. At a little over 3 hours in I went to find my service manger for an update. He told me it would still be awhile and offered me a shuttle to work. (again, this was helpful and a nice perk, but it came a bit late). Eventually, all was repaired fine but my car was scrapped and dented on the passenger side. I can't prove it happened at the dealership so what can I do? Besides that the bill was $600+ for an oil change, tire rotation, two brake-light bulbs, lubrication for the lift gate, and labor. Seems too high to me. My regularly scheduled service is usually $35 bucks. Not sure I will be returning.

Walked into my appointment late, and the customer service people in the shop greeted me promptly and were waiting on me. There were a bunch of irate customer in the lobby but the Service Reps were calm, patient and did well to resolve each situation with respect and integrity. I even made a comment that to them that I would not want their jobs. they explained that people just have off days, and Chapman was committed to servicing their vehicles with care. My 2017 Raptor was purchased from this dealership and they pulled my record up quickly. They noted that this was a complimentary servicing even though I brought in a coupon to save on the cost. they quoted me 1.5 hours and the truck was done within the hour. The service reps told me about the move to Indian School and offered me a visit there in a couple of days to check it out. The power washer at the dealership was not working due to the move, but they apologized for it and cooled down my truck prior to returning it to me. I have 5 vehicles and two of them are Fords (2014 Raptor, 2017 Raptor). I would say my best Customer experience definitely comes from the Ford Dealerships and I would Neve buy a different truck solely based on the great Customer service I receive from Ford. thank you Chapman.

Going to make this review simpleHad my vehicle in for service recently as it broke down on the side of road (insert joke about FORD here). Was given a quote today for nearly 1800 (tax included) and the parts were not in stock. Could have taken two days or so. Add rental car costs that I am currently incurring and the price rises. I Felt like I was being taken advantage of because I am a mechanically sound person and usually do all my work myself; but I just don't have the time to do my own repairs with work these days. Called competing Ford Dealer near my home in Chandler and they quoted me $590 for SAME EXACT service. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Definitely going to be dropping a line or two to the news networks to see if they want to do a fluff piece for their broadcast soon. Shame too, because I was about to go here to buy my GT350R cash out rightShameful

(update) It was just a freaking connector that was loose on the alternator. Why in the world is Chapman Ford so incompetent? Or are they intentionally stealing from people?! My total repair was $267 (added a battery) for all repairs at another Ford dealership. GET A CLUE!!!

Worst dealership ever! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!! Johnny Martinez the "used car sales manager" is a liar and the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Everyone please do not buy a car from these people they are dishonest and enjoy wasting your time. The used sales department is full of vultures that just want to make a sale. They do not treat you as a person they want to take your money and run! I am so glad that I did not give this company a dime of my money. They will say they will get back to you the next day they never do they are all the most incompetent people I have ever had to speak with! They know nothing about selling a car to someone out of state. Johnny is a bully and no one should ever buy a vechicle from him! When their general manager is out of the office they have a Scott Hinkle call you that has zero empathy or any experience dealing with an escalated customer so his solution is to hang up on someone who is angry. Don't waste your time people go to a dealership that knows what they are doing and is professional!!!!!

Chapman Ford went above and beyond any expectation I had before bringing my car in for a repair, and it was specifically because of Rosie– the all start woman who works in the service department. Not only did she ensure that the initial issue with my vehicle was resolved, but also had her team scan my entire car with a fine-tooth come, to make sure everything was up to Ford's standards. They discovered a minor leak whose existence I was unaware of, and took care of it right away. Further, I was set up with an incredible rental car throughout the repair which may I add was completed in a very timely manner. Lastly, I was provided with an extended warrantee because of the early onset clutch-related issue– for this, I am eternally grateful. Thank you Rosie, for making this process as easy as possible, and to the rest of the staff who tended to my vehicle. You were all simply wonderful to deal with and I'm appreciative in knowing that your trustworthy facility is nearby. Thank you for your dedication and hard work!!! - Cole

So we bought a car from Chapman Ford about 2 years ago. I will not lie, that experience was awful. Our salesman at the time (who isn't there anymore) sold us on a car that he said had the features we wanted but in reality it didn't and we didn't find that out until we had signed the papers and drove it home. Part of that is on us for not being thorough because it was our first time buying a car so we'll own our end of that mistake. The guy was very pushy, and was only focused on on our trade in and applying as little discount to the car we wanted as humanly possible. We got a great car that day but we also got stuck with a high payment and very high interest rate because he was so unwilling to work with us. Again, some of that is on us because we were rookies in buying a car.
We went back yesterday to look at getting another car for my wife. Going into this trip, I was fully prepared to walk away from them disappointed. But then we met Morgan Grady and a guy he was training named Mark. These 2 guys were night and day difference compared to our last encounter. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and honestly you could tell he genuinely wanted to give us the best deal he could give us. Mark was pretty new so this was more of a shadow thing for him but he was still so friendly and we enjoyed getting to know him! We sent Morgan back to the finance room numerous times and each time we knew it was frustrating for him but the guy remained patient with us and kept improving the deal each time he came back.
He mentioned to us that this dealership has recently gone through some massive management & staff changes. I have to say, whatever they are doing now - is SO much better than a year ago. The staff is so friendly and there's just a different feel there.
After we got our deal, we met with Greg to sign all the final paperwork and go over the warranty options, etc. Greg was outstanding. He had just dealt with a tough situation prior to meeting with us so we could tell he was exhausted but he worked with us and took time to explain things easily so we understood exactly what we were signing and paying for. And then to put a cherry on top, he gave us an incredible deal on the warranty and payments.
If you're hesitant about going to do business there because of a previous bad experience in the last year or 2please go give them a 2nd chance! You will not be disappointed.

We worked with Morgan to purchase our new car. He was very pleasant and personable! Definitely did not pressure. If you need to get a new car, ask for Morgan. We had a great experience with Chapman Ford!
