On December 18, 2017 my Jeep had an oil change and tire rotation. I chose to wait for the car at the dealership. At the completion of the work, no-one came to tell me that my car was ready. After I got tired of waiting, I went out to the driveway to find my car sitting there, and apparently, it had been there for 20-30 minutes with no-one bothering to notify me. I had to, then, find someone to present me with the bill and take me to the cashier for payment. The whole process, from arriving at the dealership to finally driving out of there, took well over 2 hours, and no-one ever bothered to tell me if there were any other problems found during the phony 19 point inspection. This is not quality customer service, and each time I go to this dealership the service gets worse.

I had a great experience and left with a nice vehicle. Josh Brewer worked with me to get me the best deal possible. He was very helpful and went the extra mile to answer all our questions and make our experience great. Everything went smooth and he got the whole process done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Josh and Airpark Dodge to anyone.

Service department is awesome. In town for a couple days from out of state and had a pretty significant issue with my suspension. Called them and they got me right in to take a look at it and got the whole driver's side front strut assembly fixed within a day and a half plus some additional recalls on my vehicle. Derrick was great to work with and he and his team took care of it all. Thanks!

I traded in my Kia Soul on a 2017 Wrangler Willy's edition. Right from the beginning I felt taken care of. Cameron and Josh's initial offer was right within the range I was looking for and they must have worked some kind of magic to make my trade-in fit into the deal. All of that was great in itself, but almost 3 weeks later I get a call saying they have an even better deal for me! Even when all of my initial paperwork was signed, Josh still went above and beyond and somehow managed to cut my interest rate in half, lowing my payments by a significant amount. Everyone was extremely professional and seemed to have a great attitude about their job.

Going into a car dealership can be intimidating and it can also make you feel pressured but I had a very different and positive experience with Airpark. Mark Harris made our experience very enjoyable and stress free. Mark is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail and he makes sure you’re 100% happy before you make the commitment to purchasing a vehicle. He is on your side! We are very happy with our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. My experience couldn’t have been better. When it’s time for my husband to get a new car, I know where we will be going !!

We decided it was time to buy a new jeep. Went online and found exactly what we wanted. Connected with Mike Rowe and told him what it was we were looking for and applied for loan before even going over. Loan approved and we went to the dealership. Mike and the jeep right up front. Test drove it, Weston did the finance paperwork quick and efficient. Mike changed the plates and BAM! a new jeep to drive home. Allin just over an hour after getting there. Mike made this the best car purchase I have ever done. Thank you. Highly recommend.

One of the best purchasing experiences that I have had in 50 years of buying cars and I almost always despise the process - more than you can possibly imagine!

Prior to the purchase, David Palmer was very attentive, communicated well with me and when I asked for information it was received promptly, all via email per my request. He never gave me the "I need your phone number" bull that so many other dealerships are hung up on.

When we showed up at the dealership David welcomed us in a professional manner and had a great personality that made us feel very, very comfortable. During the negotiations we NEVER felt pressured or uneasy. That has happened only two or three times in my life.

After the purchase I realized that I left a personal item in the car that I traded. I emailed David the next morning and asked if he could try to locate it. Within hours he emailed me back, stated that he had located the item and would mail it to me before the end of the day. His positive attitude remained even after the sale is over.

EXCELLENT SERVICE and a fair price. All of the employees we came in contact with were personable, understanding, and friendly. Dom is awesome!!!
We found a car we were interested in online and called about details. The service member (Dom) was extremely friendly and detailed over the phone. We were able to schedule a time to meet with him to drive the car. To our surprise he was ready for us upon arrival with a car. We had gone to three other dealers and felt as if we were on a waiting list, not at Airpark Scottsdale.
The buying process was as painless and quick as possible. We felt as if we had gotten a fair price for the vehicle purchased and were excited to take home a new truck! I would suggest Airpark in Scottsdale to friends and family. Ask for Dom!

Ultimately, we couldn't "make the numbers work" in a way that we were willing to do a deal, but Eric, the Internet Sales Manager, and Dominic, the Sales Rep that worked with us, we're both friendly and helpful. The dealership is busy, seemed to be doing brisk business, but we felt well attended to, and they worked on our deal quickly. There is a good selection of available vehicles, new and used, and they have plenty of Sales & Financing Reps to try to make the process go as quickly as possible. If the numbers had worked out, we would have been happy to have purchased a vehicle here.

I had the worst experience at Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I bought a used car from them that was 1 year old. I was debating between a grey and white car and the dealer came and told me to pick the grey one even though it had a smell of smoke in it. I was promised that the car would have the smell of smoke out the first 2 weeks I bought it. We took the car the first week and they "Shampooed and changed the air filter". After that the smell was still there and we called and told the manager and they said there was nothing more they could do. Six months later I still have the smell of smoke in my car and spent over $400 in trying to get this smell out. I took it back in march cause the sales man on the phone told us they would try to get the smell out but when I went in to Airpark Nathan, the manager of used car sales told me, "We will not do it, take it to cobble stone for $40 and they will take care of it" and I proceeded to tell him if it is so simple why doesn't Airpark do it for me. He answered with "No matter what you say I will not do it". Horrible costumer service. I do not recommend to buy from this place because they costumer service is beyond poor and their promises are not real.

Update. This place is a joke. It's been over a month and Dan never returned my call. I called 3 different times and either got his voicemail or they receptionist said he was in the office and would go to find him and they couldn't seem to track him down. Nothing got settled with my car. The back LED light went out and we have the warranty but for some reason airpark does not cover Lights. I have only had the car for 1 year. I do not understand how they sell these used cars without inspecting everything. Awful service I would not recommend this place at all! They were fair with you when you first go in but the second after you sign the contract they do not care about their customers at all.

Was a pleasant and easy way to buy a car. Ben Dayton didn't have what I was looking for on the lot but called me back and had located a car within a short time on the same day. His follow up was awesome. Josh & Bethanne helped us with the final paperwork and they also made it easy and enjoyable. No pressure or big sales pitches. Highly recommend.

I called a couple of hours before I planned to come in and spoke to Josh. I let him know I was interested in a car from their website, and let him know what I was looking to spend. He assured me that he could make it work for me and I told him I would be by later. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked for Josh. He brought me over to his desk and already had the keys ready. We went for a test drive right away, and I loved the car. He took the time to go over some of the details and features of the car, and explain whether it would work for me and what I wanted to do with it. When I decided I wanted it, he went over the finance options in detail, and we found something ideal for me. Overall, my experience there was awesome! Great customer service, quick and easy process, and no pressure. I walked away very pleased and highly recommend Airpark and Josh in particular. Since then, Josh has reached out to me to make sure everything is still going well and has encouraged me to come back so he can show me all of the features more in depth.

We had a pretty decent experience here buying a used vehicle but things changed quickly once the sale was complete. We purchased the Platinum extended warranty coverage at considerable expense and was told that our deductible would be waived for any repairs that we had done at the dealership. Fast forward about a month or two and we called to make our first service appointment to have a few repairs done under the warranty (driver seat motor, leaking window, power lift gate not working). "We give rides home up to 10 miles." I said, "oh, you don't have loaner vehicles?" "Yes, we do, would you like one?" I said, "sure". "OK, we will put you down for one. Ask for Patrick when you get here."

Arrive for the appointment. Patrick was out and we stood there and waited for 15+ minutes for someone else to help us. The covering service advisor, John, then said they do not have loaner vehicles, they only provide rentals, and even though our Platinum plan provided rental coverage for repair work, the rental wouldn't be covered for our repairs (he wasn't clear why). He then went on to say that because the vehicle we purchased was a make that they don't sell, they probably wouldn't be able to work on it anyway and we would have to go to another dealer and pay the deductible. We left upset and called and left a message for the general manager to call us back. He did not call.

So, why did we have a 15+ minute wait to be acknowledged? Why say on the phone that you have loaners when you don't? Why sell a service plan and say it provides rental coverage when it doesn't? Why sell service a plan touting the benefits of a waived deductible (if you do the repairs with them) when you know you won't be able to do the work there? We would have bought the plan from a dealer willing and able to do the work, Why did the general manager not return our call to discuss our experience and concerns?

We suggest staying away from here.
