The BEST service by far. Head and shoulders above other Harley dealers. Parts, service and apparel all offer stellar customer service!! Ronda and her girls are awesome in the motorclothing department. Good job you guys ❤

Don’t think that you can only shop here for motorcycles. They have one of the best clothing department you’ll ever find. I bought the best Boots I’ve ever owned and all my socks have been replaced with Harley Davidson socks because of the quality. Ronda and her staff in the clothing department are the best.

Have been going to this dealership for many years. Bought parts, had service work done and many other things. My feeling is they are always warm, friendly, helpful and most of all honest. Highly recommend !

My experience at Buddy Stubbs is always a nice one. It doesn't matter whether I enter the building from the main entrance to shop or the rear entrance at service, someone notices me and immediately greets me with hello and a nice smile. When I'm shopping in the store I never feel pressured to purchase anything, but when I'm in need of assistance someone is always ready to assist me. Recently I had noticed my Harley was struggling to start. Since it was just a battery maybe I could sneak in on a Saturday morning to see if service could fit me into their work schedule and replace it with a new one. They did just that! Now the important part of this experience folks should know about is at Buddy Stubbs they are all about your safety. Before signing any paperwork to approve work, service does a really thorough inspection of your bike. Well much to my surprise my rear tire was actually running on the tread line. When I told them I was planning a trip to Flagstaff they really suggested I replace my tires first. The front tire had crowning due to the extreme heat this past summer, so my decision was to upgrade to new tires. These guys are all about people first! Thank you All at Buddy Stubbs for always taking great care of our family when we visit your store.

Set up a rental at Buddy Stubbs a few weeks in advance of a vacation trip. When we arrived to sign in, the internet service at the dealership was down. In today's world that is so heavily dependent upon technology, most places would have simply been unable to process the transaction, which would have really sucked. Instead, Jesse the rentals dude had had the foresight to keep old school paper documents and even an old credit card imprint machine and slips in reserve, and while the process was tedious, we were able to keep with our itinerary for the day. Jesse's attitude and demeanor were awesome, he seemed truly interested in helping us, and made what could have been a real bummer just a small blip. Cheers!

Very nice staff; good selection of bikes, motor clothes, accessories; and an awesome museum with a huge collection of beautiful classic and anyone bikes and memorabilia. Awesome place to visit!

Best experience I have had in buying a bike and/or a vehicle. I was in and out in under 2 hours. No hassle, no pressure, just great people to work with. Go see Joe R. and Eric A. These guys will take care of you. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Price was okay, could have been better. Got royally screwed on the stereo. They didn't say anything at the sale but after they said it's nut problem because it was an aftermarket stereo and they knew this. Not cool, if they can screw you they will, then they play innocent and say sorry. I don't want sorry I want a stereo that works on the bike in paying them thousands for.

My experience at Buddy Stubbs Harley Davidson was great. As a new rider and a first-time buyer, Joe Ribando was patient and explained every thing very thoroughly. While I am certain they wanted me to purchase a motorcycle, I never felt pressured to make a decision. I have since been back several times to purchase accessories, parts, etc and the experience is always great.

Friendly staff and exceptional customer service keeps us coming back year after year. Always a good selection of new and used bikes and a knowledgeable sales team which is why our last 4 bikes were purchased here!

The best Harley dealership in AZ. Reasonably priced used bikes and fun showroom. Plenty of events and a cool museum. Feels more like a family run establishment with lots of love vs all the cookie cutter midlife crisis centers that happen to have Harleys and leather.

I grew up around motorcycles and decided I wanted one for myself. I shopped at several different dealerships until I came here. The staff here are so welcoming and inviting, unlike the other places I had been to previously. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a bike. As a beginner they took the time to help me find the bike I was most comfortable with.
