Brilliant position to visit everything. Great staff. But check the room maintenance to make sure you have soap, shower he'll etc. Ours was a bit lacking. Hence one star missing.

Poor room service. The only reason this hotel got 3 stars is due to the room being clean. The food was hardly warm and not what the menu said it would be. The chicken marinara was tough and had no marinara on the pasta. No sour cream with quesadilla and the smallest bit of guacamole. Very poor response from room service manager when called a 3rd time. Not timely by any means.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are small but are within new York standards. Centrally located and within walking distance of times square, Rockefeller center. Empire State building is right behind this hotel and has live music on Friday and Saturday nights after 10 pm. Lots of Korean places to eat close by. Also Penn metro station is close by. Overall a great value for money for a hotel located in the heart of the city.

The hotel is located perfectly close to must spots in New York city. We wanted a smoke free place entirely. The location is right next to subway station. The place is next to Korean Town and you have amazing selection of food outside. The place is safe and with 24/7 multiple security checks you can be safe once inside.

Really good hotel. Bit old. The workers were very nice and professional. The hotel is in the center of Manhattan and close to Macy's. About 10 min from time's square.

The atmosphere of the Radisson Martinique is definitely elegant, especially the lobby area I was visiting a friend staying at the hotel, so I didn't see too much of the hotel. The rooms seemed pretty nice given that it was located in Manhattan. The location was really nice. The hotel is right around the corner from a major stop on several subway lines, as well as the PATH to New Jersey.

This hotel is fantastic! The updated rooms are very nice. The staff is incredible. It is just seps away from Macy's and all of the Times Square attractions. A subway stop is 10 feet from the front door. This is now the only place we stay when we are in the city.

Came here during my recent trip to New York. The place is under construction so you can miss it when walking by. The staff were all nice, seemed to go out of their ways but had a little issue with the breakfast bar and not being able to attend. Went up to breakfast only to be told my reservation didnt qualify an they offered it to me for 30.00, needless to say I went and had breakfast around the corner for 5.00. Not what I expect when paying 800+ for a few night stay. The staff earned the stars, the breakfast bar, was the reason for docking this. I would recommend the hotel rethinking this policy as most guests that stay would only eat small amount in most cases and it adds a layer of customer service.

Everyone one of the staff was friendly and helpful. The gentleman from guest services even walked us out onto the street to make sure we understood his directions. The room was clean and well-maintained. Great location, good value for money. We would be happy to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was at the Radisson Martinique on April 12, 2017 to attend a career fair. The doorman and reception desk staff were friendly and helpful in guiding me to the room assigned to the event. The room was well lit, neat, and comfortably air conditioned even with about 150 people in the room. I would be happy to attend other events held there.

Very convenient location with easily accessible restaurants and bars right around the corner. Subway is right in front of the hotel. Taxis are also easily accessible as well.

4 stars for the excellent location of the place. Expect tiny rooms and a corner of the wall that makes do for a closet. Tiny rooms, I kid you not. Friendly staff. Did I say great location, let me say this again, it is in a great location to explore NYC.

Friendly staff and excellent location. Close to time square, empire state Building, right next to subway stop, in the heart of Korea Town, good food everywhere. Room was a bit tired looking and old. Staff accommodated our baby with baby cot and provided us with a in room mini fridge for baby food.
