Hotel was clean and friendly. I felt accommodated and enjoyed my stay. The breakfast that was included with my stay did not begin in time for me to enjoy it the first morning. The second mornings I had a later start but even at 8am the buffet had been out for too long and I should have paid for a suitable breakfast rather than choke down separated eggs and gross sausage. Make sure you bring extra money for parking as the hotel does not offer free parking to the guests. Parking structure next to hotel had $12 overnight parking.
Not for sure if the cold and rain influenced my displeasure, but the valet took all day when we got there to acknowledge us. The bathtubs need to be regaled along with fixing the plumbing because you can take a shower and bath at dang on time!!! The hotel must be going thtough an overall change over. Front desk gave exceptional service by trying to accommodate my associates and I. The rooms have NO (microwaves, refrigerator, access to vending). One good thing I can say is that restaurants are close and the stadium is directly across the street.
Absolutely DO NOT stay here. I had to stay here for a conference for work and it was terrible. Sure the location is convenient but unless you want personal items stolen from your car with their valet service I suggest finding another hotel. After one week the hotel manager finally emailed me apologizing about the theft from valet and if I was ever back in area to let him know and he would try to "take care of me in someway". I filed a claim through the insurance company which has turned out to be a bigger circus than the hotel itself. By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
We loved it here! The location is fantastic. Just steps - I mean 3 minute walk - to the dining area where you'll find Cleveland's finest (which is fantastic). There are even two good restaurants literally 20 feet front the front door. The staff is so, so welcoming starting with valet and especially management. They were so genuinely concerned about our family's comfort. You'll wish you lived in Cleveland. The stadiums (minus Browns) are literally across the street.
The room was clean, bed comfy, linens white. We will stay here again for sure
The location of the hotel seems ideal since it is directly across the street from the Quicken Loans arena where the Cleveland Cavaliers play. The room that I stayed in was nice as well and had all of the normal amenities one would expect from a hotel: towels, wash cloths, clean sheets, neat bathroom, etc. The service we received at the hotel was friendly as well. I only take away one star since parking directly across the street was very cheap ($5 for the day if you park before 7 or so) and when asked about the parking in the area one employee at the front desk was recommending their valet service (which is more than triple the price compared to the parking garage directly across the street). It's understandable that an employee would plug their own services but it is a cut above when employees are actually looking for the best deal for their customers and I always return to businesses where this is the case. The stay was still a pleasant experience and I would recommend the hotel if you need a place to stay in downtown Cleveland.
Only stayed a night and didn't really spend a lot of my night in the hotel. When I was in the hotel, however, it was a great experience. Extremely friendly staff and our roo was amazing for the price. The beds we're very clean and cozy. Bathroom was nice. Water pressure a bit low. Didn't have a chance to see the pool but sure that's great too.
This hotel is in a great location if you are attending a sports event. It's within walking distance of the baseball field and basketball arena. Rooms were nice and very clean. Plenty of restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Overall great place to stay.
Location was great for concerts. This hotel was lacking in customer service. No ice machines available, only one vending machine for 8 floors? Since it's the closest hotel to Progressive field and The Qafter the concert or game the hotel should offer some cold water and soda at least. I think since we chose the hotel and paid this would be a welcome addition to a Cleveland experience. We had to go wandering around to find something cold to drink. We most likely will stay at another hotel next time.
Nice hotel. Very close to Progressive Field and other attractions.
Was a little disappointed with the comfort of the beds and completely upset with the shower which had no water pressure.
Will stay again as long as we get a room with a better shower.
Staff was very friendly and rooms were fairly priced. Extremely convenient location right off the highway and close to the field, bars, and restaurants.
This hotel is very elegant in every way. A breath of fresh air. It was very clean, housekeepers did not miss much. It was very comfortable and quiet. I was able to get a full nights rest without a problem. The hotel and rooms remind me of hotels use to be.
The hotel is located directly across the street from the Cavaliers basketball stadium. The hotel is good but old. The rooms are decent. Not the nicest hotel, but clean. Service is good here.
The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and met all of our expectations. The only reason this isn't a five star review is because we wanted to try out the hotel bar but it closed entirely too early. I work in the service industry myself, so I understand why the workers may have wanted to go home early, but on the weekend, bars should be open until 2am. Otherwise a great stay and I will return.
