The hotel is very nice. I went there for a couple of conventions and dinners at the restaurant. The meeting Halls are roomy and modern. I wish they provided better wifi though. The restaurant has a lot of food options and I liked their Buffet. Overall a nice experience.

The intercontinental is a very nice hotel right in the middle of the Cleveland clinic campus. The campus has kind of made a "nice bubble" in the middle of an otherwise run down area of Cleveland. The rooms were modern. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel provided an affordable alternative close to downtown Cleveland.

A beautiful skywalk entrance from the parking garage. The conference space is very well kept with some pretty good coffee. I would definitely recommend using this space for a meeting or presentation.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice modern spacious rooms, nice stand up glass shower + separate tub, service was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is I was in room 933 and half way through the night there was periodically a fairly loud banging, what sounded like a dryer where all the clothes had gone to one side, which made it difficult to sleep.

I've stayed there many times for my appointments at Cleveland Clinic. It always been a very nice stay. Everything is clean and we'll maintained. The staff are always professional in their dress and attentiveness. It's difficult to not believe they're are all there for you. I always have felt secure there.

This is a 4-star hotel located near the Cleveland Clinic. We have stayed many times before. It is always a good stay. Things are maintained well. The service is good.

Wonderful facility. Staff is very attentive to my needs. The conference went on without a hitch. Would highly recommend this is a destination conference facility. The owning entity the Cleveland Clinic does an amazing job with the customer service.

Attended a Educators Knowledge Network conference here (Bill and Melinda Gates organization). They picked the best, even paid for the room. Although it was a snowy day in Cleveland the smiles from the staff and the drinks from the bar made you feel warm inside. If you've never been to a five star hotel and you're in Cleveland, go where the rich go, the InterContinental Hotel.

Beautiful hotel that is connected to the clinic and parking garage via a covered bridge. We booked a suite at the associated hotel down the road but showed up and had a standard room here instead, so I'm not sure about their online booking system. Even with that, the manager was very nice and gave us free breakfast.

Cons: valet only at the hotel and the public parking garage makes you pay every time you come and go which adds up quick if you're coming and going every few hours.

Pros: helpful managers, large rooms, and comfortable bed.

We would stay here every time we visit if breakfast and coffee (or anything in the morning) were included.

This hotel is very clean. Staff are all very nice and willing to go out of there way. Prices for a weekday, are terrible. $229.64 And you don't even get a complementary breakfast. So I take a look to see if it's worth ordering breakfast, and it's prices are so high, I could eat at Dennys twice. No one wonder this town is in the dumps. Not even reasonable.

The hotel was very nice. The room was comfortable. There were some stains on one of our sheets but we just took that one off. The other issue is that there is no parking so it is just valet.

Excellent accommodations for any business with the Cleveland Clinic requiring an overnight. Extremely comfortable rooms, excellent service, and fare was pleasing. Highly recommend.

We love Glidden House! It is beautiful, service is impeccable and everything is close by! I began going to The Clinic every year and incredibly fortunate for uson our very first staywe found Glidden House! During the Holidays the decorations are gorgeous! In the summer the patios and flowers are beautiful! The first time we booked our room for more days than we needed and they graciously excused our reservation and didn't charge anything for canceling at the last minute. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are cleaneven the lotion smells good. We won't stay anywhere else!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Connected to Cleveland Clinic which was very convenient. I needed a shirt pressed and they saw a spot so they washed it ad well. The pressing was very crisp and perfectly starched. Gorgeous bathroom and lovely robe and slippers. Bed was very comfortable. I slept the entire night.
