The room was nice and comfortable and had a street view of the city. The free breakfast that is offered in the morning is excellent! The variety is not something that you would expect with a free breakfast

Great location to visit the Rock and roll hall of fame or see a sporting event in downtown. Everyone was friendly and professional. Great breakfast. Love being able to select the room online before check in.

I enjoyed my recent stay at the Hampton Inn. The location was great for walking to events and restaurants downtown. The room was clean and modern. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Parking is at an additional cost, but is nearby. I would recommend as a place to stay downtown.

I love Hampton Inn. We were there last week, and it was an awesome experience. The hotel was clean and spacious and smelled sweet too. The bed and pillows were very soft. The breakfast was always warm, the staff were all friendly. We will definitely come back. Most if all, it is just a walking distance from all of the places we visited. This hotel ROCKS😍

Really great stay. Cleanliness and modern rooms exceeded my expectations, as well as the friendliness of every single staff member I encountered. Even the breakfast was good. Glad I didn't pay more for an upscale hotel when this was so close to the convention center I spent most of my time at. Highly recommended.

I was lucky enough to score a great deal at this hotel on Hotwire a couple of weeks ago. There couldn't be a better location in Cleveland. The desk attendant was extremely personable and helpful. The room was funky and modern. When I find myself in Cleveland again this is where I will be staying. I must advise: there are a couple of secure parking garages around the corner that will save you a LOT of money compared to the Hotel's valet-only parking.

This hotel definitely doesn't look the fanciest on the outside, but it is surprisingly excellent on the inside. I was very impressed by how this Hampton Inn utilized limited space with the structure it was confined to and still provided good room size, reasonable breakfast area and other ammenities. Parking was a bummer being valet only (for an extra fee) but there is a parking garage to the north side of the Cathedral across the street if you want to park yourself. Just a side note, it is the same parking garage the valet will use. Hotel is in walking distance of quite a few attractions, like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Great Lakes Science Center and First Energy Stadium. If you are feeling up to it, Quicken Loans Arena and Progressive Field are a good hike in the opposite direction, but very walkable for those able. I will stay here again in the future. Definitely worth the money.

The hotel is excellent. Very comfortable rooms well equipped. Good breakfast and very good service. We passed very well.

Stayed at the Hampton for an Indians game. The hotel is a decent distance from the field, a nice walk. From the moment we got there, they made us feel welcome. The facility itself was nice and clean. The only issue we had was with the free breakfast - they had run out of many items and didn't seem like they wanted to replenish, though they ended up being very accommodating. Overall, o was very happy with our stay.

It's a great hotel. Great service beautiful rooms, and great staff. They also have the best breakfast! I haven't had breakfast like this ever. It's also close to the downtown core.

Great staff!! Everyone was so nice and helpful - just like every Hilton product. Room was fine, breakfast was a standard Hampton Inn breakfast (which isn't great). Location is good, and the Vietnamese restaurant which is just around the corner (same building) is very good.

The location was perfect for visit to CIM with only a three minute walk. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The lobby was very impressive and a nice place to hang out. The staff were helpful but did mix up my bill with another room. It got sorted and staff apologised.

Very clean room! Complementary Neutrogena toiletries are a nice touch! Very convenient breakfast spread from 6 am to 10 am such a life saver. Nice centralized location to downtown Cleveland shops, restaurants, lakefront and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Room could have used a small microwave. The lobby sells microwave meals and popcorn pouches.
