everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff were professional and kind!..everyone went out their way to provide excellent customer service! The hotel is VERY convenient to stores, bars, great restaurants and venues including the Cleveland House of Blues and Quicken Arena! I definitely will stay here again!

Very nice hotel. Everyone was very welcoming. The room itself is comfortable and great views. Also the interior of the hotel is great. Its location is right in the mix as well. One downside is that the hotel feels a bit underutilized inside with a lack of shops, but the quiet beauty is still there.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

The hotel was beautiful, valet parking and check in was easy. Rooms were comfortable and cozy. Highlight of the hotel was the restaurant service. I went to 1890 for drinks and wings and everything was great. The bartender was really personable, attentive and really friendly. Highly recommend!

I picked the hotel for the convenience of being downtown and attached to stores.however they were all vacant.
    The staff was nice.
However, I was given a handicapped roomand I did not reserve it, I didn't need it. The hotel was not full so I do not know why I was given that room.
The room was not clean. As soon as I looked at the bed, it honestly looked like a 3 year old made the bed. I sat down and the bed felt like it was in pieces. I had two queens so I sat on the other bed and it was just as bad. I thought this was a 4 star hotel. When you are traveling all you want to do is take a shower and lay in a comfy bed.
I showered in a huge handicapped shower which had water all of the floor when I got out and I could not sleep in a bed that was at least 10 years old.
I did address the issues and they said they would take note of it.Great Thanks for helping me out.
I will not return.nor would I suggest this place for business professionals.

Beautiful building. Rooms were nice and clean. Comfortable. The cable was not working, so viewing evening TV was a problem. The early morning attendants at the garage and valet we're slow due to their interest in their cell phones.

My go to, first choice when visiting the city for work or sporting events. City view and arcade rooms are always fantastic. The architecture of the arcade makes the Hyatt the most unique in town. Staff is always fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter with room service well after closing. Made her day! Cleanliness is always top notch (I'm a certified pain in theon this topic). Location is walking distance to The Jake, The Q and local restaraunts.

The staff were great. If there was anything to complain about it would be that we were a little surprised that the king suite that we were in had no closet. In fact, the only place to hang clothes was the robe hook on the inside of the bathroom door. Loved the architecture of the building, amenities were nice, and the location was fantastic for us. Would love to stay here again.

I loved The Arcade. It was a gorgeous building and it was an excellent location. I'm giving the Hyatt a poor review because the shampoo in the bathroom was almost empty like it had been used. The tub had hairs in it, and when we called housekeeping about it they spritzed the tub and told us there were cracks in the tub, not hairs. When I went back in after it had been "cleaned" there were still about 8 hours in the tub. Pretty gross.

Service was great per usual. Front desk is always extremely friendly and courteous. My only drawback from my visit was that the cable TV connection in my room kept freezing as I was trying to watch the playoff hockey games.

I spent a few nights at the Hyatt at the Arcade in Cleveland in a king bed room. The entire building was beautiful and all had parts of the hotel in it. The room was spacious and quiet, but the floors had some fuzz and paper on it. The bathroom had a great open shower, which was definitely a bonus. The bathroom fan was nowhere to be found though. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, very good quality and worth checking out.

Great historic hotel. The room ceiling is so high and our room is super spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The shops in the arcade are wonderful. I love our 2 night stay.

Charming hotel, friendly staff! We had a beautiful and comfortable room. Being a former business tycoon's home, the hotel did a good job with appropriate furnishings and decor. Also, a very good complimentary breakfast served. Great location. Will definitely come back, if in Cleveland.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we love the history in the building. And enjoyed coffee at the coffee shop under the glass roof. Very awsome. If you like historical buildings, this place is a must see!
