I stayed here a week for the GNR concert and a mini vacation, it's about a block from stadium walking distance, although it was much colder than usual on the lake, First your charged for parking that was ok I didn't need to go anywhere just walked, the rooms are pretty basic what you would expect, service is very good and everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. They have a bar and restaurant of course prices are more than usual but good food there's a lot of regulars there for meetings, conferences it's more for business in my opinion. Front desk was super helpful maids were very friendly and eager to help you, they also have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up until 11pm also if you want food even delivery they stop around 1030 and the bar closes, you can have breakfast if you pay not like some free basics at some places I've stayed. It's a little cheaper than the one in the middle of the "Flats" Street of bars clubs. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it nothing negative to say, I plan on staying here again soon.

Quick check in. Room was 56 degrees and the heat would not turn on. At 10:30 pm I was prepared to get a different room, but engineering was sent up and had it fixed rather quickly. I didn't freeze to death, but why have the room at 56 to begin with?

Rooms need a little updating. Specially the tvs. However it is clean. $18 for parking a day is a lot. They do tell you when you arrive. There is a lot across from the hotel I believe for $5 a day. Staff were really friendly as well.

The employees were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food prepared for the conference I was attending was appetizing. I enjoyed my stay there.

We had a great experience at Cleveland Hilton Garden Inn with my toddler and infant while my wife was staying with a friend overnight at Cleveland Clinic just a few minutes away. As I was getting my stuff together from the car I put my phone together with the room keys and it ruined them. Tech Man Marvin was so kind to join me to the room to make sure the keys work. They didn't work and he was most gracious to head all the way back down to the main desk to get me new ones. He's the man! From our room we had an excellent view of Progressive Field and my 2-year-old loved it. It was hard work caring for two babes, but we had a fab time. Thanks, Marvin and team!

The hotel was well maintained, and very clean. At 2:30 in the morning, the fire alarm went off, and all guests had to evacuate. The staff was kind and helpful, and when we were allowed back in the building, ensured that the eldery were taken back in first. The location is very near to Progressive Field, so of you're staying for a game, that's a plus. Overall, a nice hotel to stay at.

If you're in town to see a game at Progressive Field, you certainly can't go wrongit's right across the street! If you're not though, it is a bit of a walk to get downtown. Not too bad at all, but other than baseball, there's really not much in the immediate vicinity, just FYI.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortablenothing exciting but perfectly fine for hotels in this range. The mini-fridge didn't seem to ever work properly even after they sent someone up to look at it, but that seems to be my experience at many hotels.

The parking was a bit pricey but I guess that's sort of the standard nowadays. Again, not much else in the area, so you're sorta stuck paying the eighteen bucks.

All-in-all a nice hotel and if you're in Cleveland to see the Indians, it's a no-brainer. Otherwise, I might check out some places closer to the water but in any event, I was perfectly happy with my stay.

    PROS:
+ So close to Progressive Field (Jacob's Field), that you could run there without being winded.
+ Great packages for those catching an Indian's Game.
    + Free parking downtown.
+ Amazing food! They have a breakfast buffet that also includes some made-to-order items (i.e. omelets).
    + Friendly and accommodating staff.
    + Comfortable, spacious rooms.

    CONS:
    - The room came with a dirty rag - literally. We had to call down to ask them to send a cleaner.
    - Although the beds are supposed to be adjustable for the preference of soft/hard (which would have been a huge plus), ours did not work. However, in all fairness, I would not have expected that I only wanted it because it did not work.
    - Questionable reddish-brown stain on the side of the mattress (which we only noticed because the fitted sheet pulled away over night).
    - The computer program that allows you to pick your room (which would have been a HUGE, huge plus) did not work - we kept getting an error message.

    OVERALL:
This is the place to stay if you plan to check out Cleveland (especially if that includes an Indians game). When I told the desk staff that my stay was "alright" - they immediately stopped what they were doing, asked me why it was "just alright" and took appropriate action to compensate us and make us feel that it would be worthwhile to stop in again. This is a hotel that values customers, so whether you have a couple odd experiences (like us) or you have an amazing stay with all the promised 'pros' on the website, you should enjoy your stay and leave with a positive experience. We will certainly stay again.

Requested a king size room and was given a handicapped room, where the bed is smaller than a king size room. Brought this to the attention of the desk. At first, they did not believe me, but after measuring - they saw there was a sizable difference. They switched my room. Asked about dinner in the flats & if parking would be available there - was told no, not really. Was not offered the shuttle service. So my young son & I walked to a bar, since that is the only thing around. Because of the room issue they did offer to pay for breakfast. Thank goodness because the eggs were horrible and the food offered is not worth the amount charged. With parking having to be added to the stay - the price did not match the value.

Clean place and very friendly & helpful staff.

They REALLY need to do something about the thinness of the walls of the rooms by the elevator shaft. That thing sounds like a freight train. Also need to have the 'ding' in the elevator changed to something a little more..pleasant.

I attended the Hilton Garden Inn as a mentor for a high school robotics team. The hotel hosted eight teams for the competition with gracious professionalism. They put on a huge breakfast for all of us in less then 90 minutes so we get get out on time. I would stay here again for both personal and professional reasons.

I was visiting my daughter who attends Case Western Reserve. The hotel was very nice. The shuttle service was very convenient (it picked my daughter and I up from a location near her dorm to bring us to the hotel and it took us to Little Italy for dinner and picked us up when we were ready to come back). The staff was very friendly. The room was a very comfortable size. It was nice to have an area with a mirror, outlet and sink outside of the bathroom so my daughter and I were able to get ready at the same time.

Stayed here to attend an event at US Bank Arena. It was very close and convenient. The room was really nice. It was large and had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again!
