Excellent location, close to everything I needed. I was in town for an NFL game, and we walked to everything. Parking wasn't the greatest the first night because of a Cavs game, but aside from that, it was pretty easy. Decent breakfast, nice room.

Loved this place. The location is fantastic and couldn't be any better. The second floor rooms overlook the Arcade from the hallway, which was quite unique and gave the hotel a quaint feeling. Service was friendly and accommodating and the rooms are equipped with everything you'd expect from an extended stay property. They even have a coin laundry. I loved the high ceiling in the rooms themselves and how spacious they were. The bed were comfortable being in the middle in terms of hardness, which means you didn't sink into them. They also had some mixers on a few of the weekdays.

The place was great. Very clean and superb customer service as usual. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Food was good also and kept me very satisfied. I really enjoyed my stay and was sad when I had to leave.

Booked a room online for a 2 nights stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Downtown. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was very nice, newly updated and had everything in it that we needed including a kitchen. Free breakfasts were included which was awesome. We paid 60.00 for valet parking which was a nice extra considering the location of the hotel is in walking distance to 4th. Street, the Q and the Jack so you don't have to worry about paying for parking all over the city. We stay here often because of the location and price. It pays to be right in the center of the city.

Location of the hotel was great! We could walk where we needed to go. Room was a suite and was very comfortable and clean. All service staff was very kind. Blankets on the bed were very thin and was very cold all night. However, pillows were great.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Spacious suite room, with clean and tidy service. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast service is decent compared to other places.

Far better than the droll chains at half the price. Nicely appointed rooms, large flat screen TV, firm bed, clean room, and one of the best breakfast buffets in the Cleveland area served in a stately atmosphere.

The rooms are big, there is a nice bar and a fireplace. They offer a continental breakfast buffet and hors d'oeuvre on Monday and Wednesday that includes beer, wine, water, tea and coffee. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Plus it is centrally located to many of the areas hottest places. Walking distance from Quicken Loans Arena.

I've only stayed here one night so far, but the rooms are very big and nice. The location is great. My only complaint is that the hotel is very spread out and it can be a long walk through multiple elevators to get from the lobby to your room.

Very nice place! You can see the subtle remnants of the old structure here, "The Colonial". But the remodel was done tastefully and it is a very relaxed place to stay. Within walking distance of Progressive Stadium, a casino and plenty of local bars and restaurants. Will stay again!
