We loved our room! It was right down the street from playhouse square and we enjoyed a night out where we could easily about back to our room!!!

People make the place, and they have the people! From valet that greeted us to the bartender and front desk clerk, the staff was all incredible. It's a beautiful hotel and since we are here to see WICKED, the location is spot on! Shuttle service is an extra bonus we love

Location is fine, rooms are dated, toilet flooded in hotel room after flushing a tissue down. We came for a wedding which the front desk clerk had no idea about, tried telling us the wedding was somewhere else despite it being on their marquee monitor in the lobby.

Check-in time is 3 pm, we were unable to check-in to our room until 4:15 pm and wedding began at 5 pm. We came in from out of town and barely had time to get ready because of the long delay at check-in.

The place is riddled with homeless begging for money and panhandlers.

Valet service was excellent. I rate the hotel and amenities very poor. I definitely recommend you find a different hotel than waste your time and money at this one. No complimentary Wi-Fi. Get with the times, $10.00 for 2 megabytes of data? Seriously you can't load one website for two megabytes.

I had a great experience at The Wyndham Cleveland at Playhouse Square. Valet Parking was quick and friendly. The front desk was helpful and friendly. "Rosie" was wonderful! She helped me to my room with all of my luggage, brought me a refrigerator, microwave, and extra towels and wash cloths that I asked for while being very pleasant! The hotel itself was inviting and clean! I would definitely return!

Room was very clean and spacious. However, we were meant to be upgraded to a Chandelier Suite for our wedding night, but apparently we were booked for a room that was under renovations. Our room was located just above the hotel bar's outdoor patio, which had people shouting loudly late into the night. We also were given inaccurate information about our wedding block reservations prior to our stay. The hotel did offer a slight discount to our room and a complimentary night in a chandelier suite in the future. We will likely take this offer after the hotel completes its renovation project.

It's currently under renovation, so everything is a little bit of a disaster, including the customer service. Air conditioning struggled there whole time to keep the room cool, and it was only 75 degrees outside. I highly recommend the Hilton Downton where our friends stayed at. Wonderful service and a great view of the lake. Wish we stayed there!

The staff here is fantastic! Everyone has been exceedingly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are nice, and they are clean. All in all, I am perfectly satisfied. My only two (minor) complaints are that the best parking is in a garage around the corner (not a real big deal, but you might want to spring for valet in Winter), and plug placement in the rooms (only on one side of the bed in mine). I would definitely stay here again. It is awesome to just walk across the street to go to the theater!

Our stay was wonderful. We had requested a standard room, but were given an upgrade to a "Chandelier Suite," which overlooked Playhouse Square. Since we were in town for a show, the hotel was incredibly convenient: walking distance to the show and to the restaurants on 4th Street. The staff was kind and attentive. Our only issue was a broken coffee maker in the suite, which was replaced promptly within about five minutes of our calling the front desk. Rates were reasonable. Checkout time was noon, which is very nice after a late night. If you're looking for a place to stay near Playhouse Square, this is a very solid pick.

I arrived around 2:45pm and checked-in, got room 1009 (10th floor, almost at the end of the hallway towards Playhouse Square). Other than the flat rooftops and the one "Playhouse Square" sign there isn't much of a view, but the sheer convenience to the theater district is unmatched. They do take a credit card ($50) for incidentals "just in case". The buffet breakfast was nice enough, I was the first one there even at 6:50am Sunday April 02, 2017 morning, but I'm guessing that's not the norm. All of the staff were very friendly. The room had two beds and despite being over-the-top deep and soft I didn't sleep very well. I guess my preference is towards a slightly harder mattress. My only complaint during the night would be fellow guests letting their doors close with a resounding metallic clasping noise, not so much slamming, but just loud. Woke me up several times. There's one each: complimentary bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and skin lotion, with cotton balls and ear swabs packs. Hair dryer, plenty of hand towels, wash cloths, and towels, etc. as long as you're not more than a couple of people. There were plenty for just me. Never had a chance to watch TV as the show let out around 10:30pm and I was too tired. There's an iron in the hanging closet. A/C worked well. There's nothing in the bathroom sink to prevent the water from just literally shooting from the faucet straight down the drain. Seems a waste. Shower water pressure was decent, hot water temp was OK. Overall a very pleasant stay and would do so again should I ever find myself visiting Cleveland again.

Clean and well-maintained property with a restaurant and bar downstairs! Each time I have visited here at the pool, sauna and hot tub are all working properly.
I've always found my room to be clean and well-maintained and the staff friendly. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from nearby businesses! Unbelievable rates considering their location! I absolutely intend to stay here again!
