Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. There isn't much nearby in terms of dining/nightlife, but the hot spots are less than a 15 minute drive away. The surrounding area is a bit rough, but there seems to be some decent living in development. If you're looking to save a bit of money by staying on the outskirts of the entertainment hub in Cleveland, I'd recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. I stayed in a suite and i really enjoyed it. The staff didn't interact with me at all unless I asked a question. Would be nice to see some of them smile. Needed to stay an extra day but the hotel was booked. I asked the front desk if they could help or give any suggestions and they weren't very helpful.

This was my 2nd visit to the Cleveland as I had to visit the Cleveland Clinic. The staff was extremely pleasant and provided the utmost customer service. Arrived late Sunday evening and was immediately greeted by the valet attendant. The entire Front desk staff was professional and provided the best customer service. The staff answered any questions my family and I had about nearby restaurants as well as provided us with information about the shuttle service to and from the Clinic. The rooms were grand and majestic - 2 room suite and everything was top notch which made the stay more comfortable. The Keurig machine was awesome and allowed for coffee anytime of the day. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job of cleaning the rooms. If you are attending the clinic and need a place to stay where you can unwind after a long day, this hotel offers it all! Definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler.

This place is so nice! It is right next to the hospitals and also less then 10 minutes away from Downtown Cleveland. The rooms are huge with amazing and the beds are super comfortable. The rooms are also hypoallergenic! The customer service is superb here. You won't go wrong staying here.

Intercontinental Suites of Cleveland is located within walking distance of The Cleveland Clinic. This convenience makes staying at this location an easy choice. The rooms were more than adequate with separate sleeping and sitting areas along with a split bathroom made staying with multiple family members much easier. The staff is very willing to help and provide information when ever asked or you look like you need something. Amenities include a full gym, laundry facility, and restaurant. I have been very pleased with my stay and will definitely look for this hotel in the future.response / report this review -

Amazing hotel! Softest beds I've slept in, and the most considerate, friendly and professional staff! Staying for 16 nights for my mother's heart transplant, the manager gave us awesome rate. Adriana the manager was super helpful and understanding with our situation. Joshua and Zachary, the front desk staff were bubbly and had a great sense of humor! Defiantly staying here in the near future!

The rooms were more than adequate with separate sleeping and sitting areas along with a split bathroom made staying with multiple family members much easier. The staff is very willing to help and provide information when ever asked or you look like you need something. Amenities include a full gym, laundry facility, and restaurant. I have been very pleased with my stay and will definitely look for this hotel in the future.

Overall not terrible but there was dried blood on our sheets when we first checked in. Didn't know it was $18 a night valet only parking (they never mentioned there was free parking a 10 minute walk away). Arrived late at night, and valet guy left for break right as we were checking in and had to wait 10+ minutes. Rooms could have been quieter.

Check in is @ 3. Took us 2 hours to check in because the rooms weren't ready. Restaurant service was unbelievably bad. Staff seemed unconcerned. One bright spot was the breakfast buffet. But if you want to order from the menu, good luck getting the attention of a server.

Every member of the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. There were a few hiccups along the way though. The door keys had to be remade 3 times, there was supposed to be 2 queen beds and they were full beds Just little things like that. However every single request and contact with the staff has been exemplary and they were quick to resolve all issues. I didn't care for the fact that there is not a vending machine for snacks or drinks. We had to go through the front desk for a snack after our long day of travel and they charged extremely high prices for those snacks and water bottles. But overall, the experience was been pretty good.

The rooms were so clean and had wonderful toiletries. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was parking, valet was nice enough, but slow.

This hotel is gorgeous. A mansion converted into a hotel with elegantly furnished rooms to welcome you on the first floor. Our room was very nice. However whoever cleaned it failed to get to the bathroom floor. The first thing I noticed was someone's hair on the floor.

My experience here at this hotel was great. Until I checked into my room and it was 63 degrees in there. I contacted the front desk the same night and they told me to just turn the thermostat all the way up. I did that waited and no increase in temperature. So I had to sleep in my jacket and sweat pants all night. I got up the next morning and called the front desk again and they sent an engineer up. He looked at it opened the vent did something up in the ceiling and said its fixed now. The temp will go up but maybe not before its time for you to check out. So needless to say I had to take a shower and get out in a freezing room. I called price line the the day I checked out to see about some type of compensation. Oh I also informed the front desk auditor of this issue before I left. But I guess someone at the hotel lied and told price line I never made them aware of the issue. Which is a complete lie because for one they sent an engineer up to the room. Just a big disappointment. I stayed next door at the holiday inn and had a GREAT stay. So if u have to choose the Holiday right next door is a much better stay.

Nice rooms. Very spacious. Beds are soft which is a plus for some people. Air conditioning works well too for when it's needed. Servers in the dining room are very good. They know the menu well, are courteous, very friendly. Food is decent, the breakfast buffet is great but the breakfast potatoes are always soggy, undercooked or just not well seasoned.
