The Sales personnel were kind and sincere. Unfortunately, twice when I went to the dealership the exact vehicle I wanted to drive was out with another perspective buyer. Eventually it all came together and I drove home the exact vehicle I was wanting. My salesman Andrew was awesome. I would purchase another vehicle from him and would recommend my friends & family members to request him. He's more laid back than most which I feel made the car buying experience less stressful for me. Please note: The act of researching, driving, and deciding on a which vehicle to purchase happens to be very stressful for me!

We showed up at the dealership on our salesman Matthew's day off but we were greeted by Andrew and he immediately made us feel welcome and offered his services to us. We test drove a new Mazda 3 and although we loved the car it didn't have the features we were looking for. Andrew went above and beyond the call of duty to find us just the right car. This was no easy task as this car was for my daughter and she has a lot of demands! Andrew continued to work with us until we had no more questions. In the financing department Daniel Poe helped to explain all the options and incentives available. This was by far the easiest and most satisfying experience I have ever had while buying a car. I highly recommend Quality Mazda and their entire team. If you go anywhere else you will be disappointed!

Quality Mazda was a great car buying experience. Saldly I totaled my 2015 Mazda3 that I loved so I thought why not see what I could do to get into a new 2017 Mazda3. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to but I'm so glad I gave it a shot. I worked directly with Ben Vigil and he is awesome. He really cares about his customers and doesn't treat you like a sale. He did his absolute best to get me the best possible deal he could and really worked with me. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I also worked with audra who was extremely helpful and attentive to me and my needs. Kudos to everyone at Quality! I look forward to dealing with them in the future for my car servicing and any future car buying. I will refer anyone looking for a new vehicle!

My wife and I had been looking to purchase a used vehicle for a few months and had visited over a dozen different dealerships. At every one of these dealerships we heard the same old car salesman pitch. But when we walked in to Quality we experienced the complete opposite. Ricky was professional, straight forward, and worked his butt off to get us what we wanted. We explained to him that we had our own financing, the price we wanted for our trade-in, and the price range and type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. Ricky worked diligently (without the sleazy used car sales tactics) to get us a fair deal. His no BS approach is what sealed the deal for us. He has even called multiple times after the purchase to make sure that everything was going good with the vehicle. We will definitely be returning customers.

Andrew contacted my wife 6 months ago after her initial inquiry. Merry was impressed by Andrew's demeanor and professionalism. We called with list of 3 vehicles to review onsite, Vehicles were cleaned and ready for test drives. We also looked at other vehicles, one which we ended up purchasing. We purchased a 2017 Grand Touring CX-5. Fully loaded, looks sporty and classy, and affordable. Andrew worked with us and his boss to negotiate the best deal, including a fair trade in value for our current car. No pressure approach to sales, drove vehicles by ourselves during test drives so we could discuss openly amongst ourselves. Once we agreed on final deal; it took approximately one hour to finish processing paperwork, detailing car , and filling with gas. Andrew reviewed all of the features and electronics before we left the dealership. He also wants us to call with any follow up questions, which I did. I bought my car on November '16 and will be getting my plates hopefully this week. Salesman was awesome, but having to wait 6 months for my plates and having to call to get new temp tags because their registration clerk Valerie had a lot of customers to keep up with was a pain. On top of that still had to go back in to the dealership to get an emissions test on the car because the one they had done prior was no good.

I waited a few weeks to write my review because I wanted to see how my Mazda 3 drove. I drive 26 miles each way to work, mostly highway driving. My Mazda 3 is so easy and relaxing to drive. The seats hug just the right way and my gas mileage is much better!!
Courtney made the buying process effortless and seemed to know exactly what I wanted. She was very attentive and easy to work with. Stayed with us until all of the paperwork was done!!

Andrew was amazing!!!

This was probably the best and easiest car buying experience. The whole Sales Management staff, at this Mazda, was very willing to work with us and did not pressure us into anything during the process. I highly recommend going to this Mazda location also working with Andrew Heavner.
