My wife went here today and said she felt like they were actively trying to provide poor service. My wife ordered a sandwich and the lady at the counter went behind a curtain and pretended to make the sandwich she just pulled out of the case that was pre-made.

Small deli and pastry shop. Limited seating, can get busy. The gourmet turkey sandwich and roasted pork sandwich are very good. They also have a few Peruvian items: empanadas and tomale.

The croissant sandwich was amazing. The best croissant I've had in a long time. The cheese cake was also amazing. Not too sweet, brilliant sharp strawberry topping. I would have taken pictures but I was a bit hungry.

The food is outstanding, the deserts are phenomenal, but everything just cost a little too much. For example the sandwich you get here that cost 8:50 would probably cost $4 to $5 anywhere else. The quality is there but the quantity is shy of where you want it. I really don't care and I will keep coming here anyways when I really want something good but I'm not starving. Do yourself a favor and try the chocolate dulce de leche dessert cup.

Haven't tried their savory items, but the Tres Leches and Flan are amazingbest i have had in the City. Very friendly service and a neat atmosphere that seems relaxed even during the lunch rush

If you're lucky enough to make it in while they're open, then you've hit jackpot!
I love this place. Everything they make is delicious and made with heart and soul. One of the best bakeries I've been to in my life. I think only the owner herself makes the food, and she makes it perfect. Some of the desserts she makes you won't find anywhere else. You can come here, grab a quick (delicious) lunch and take home desserts for lunch and some for dinner, and leave more than satisfied. The food here is definitely 5 stars.
The cost is your basic bakery pricing, which means it's not cheap. But it's not ridiculous or overpriced, either. It's definitely something everyone can afford, just once in a while. (I would say it's "$" or "$ & 1/2" price rating)
One exception is, they have horrendous business hours. they are suppose to be open from 8a.m. to 4:30p.m. Mon-Fri, but with the way they operate you are lucky to catch them open at all. Out of the 10 times I went there, they were open only 4 times. Your best bet at making it in is during lunch time, that's when they get a rush of customers from the nearby businesses. I think that's the only time they are always open. Any other time, it's a hit and a miss
