There are good stylists, great stylists, and then there is Brent at Mark Pardo, who has been my go-to stylist for almost 10 years now. He has an incredible talent and work ethic and an amazing personality to boot. He teaches at Mark Pardo, too, so - if you can - try to get one of his students as your new stylist: Brent is turning out a whole new generation of talent.

I had a bridal emergency when my usual hair dresser flaked out on me 2 days before my wedding. Mark Pardo SalonSpa in Nob Hill squeezed me in with Rachel and allowed enough time for a consultation. Rachel made my makeup look fabulous and she did a great updo. I can't say how much I appreciate her patience with me. I'm not very good at describing what I want in the way of updos, but she really worked with me. Rachel did a wonderful job. I would recommend her to any bride!

I went for my first time last week and I loved it! Lizzie was great and the whole experience was very relaxing. They do a neck and scalp massage before the cut which is awesome. And the whole thing was surprisingly affordable especially since they do $15 off your first time. Definitely don't go here if you are in a rush. The cut look an hour and a half. But well worth it for me!

I went with my aunt trying to find a new hair salon, thinking that this would be a nice place to conduct businessI was wrong. We waited 30+ minutes while the receptionists and hairstylists dragged their feet. Not to mention the hairdresser was late to an appointment that we scheduled in advance. I definitely would recommend finding a diferent salon.

Marion @ Nob Hill is amazing!! My color and cut is always amazing. She really listens to what I want, while still making sure I look great. I always leave feeling like a celebrity!
