Came in for repairs for my Hyundai Sonata, i was not contacted by Car Crafters to come and pick up my car, i had to call and ask for their Manager to get the status on my car. they over priced the estimate for items and service that were not needed, waited over an hour just to get my car back. i would not recommend them for service or any business.

I stopped by for an estimate, but I was refused one since I may be needing to file through Geico. The robot at the front desk insisted only Geico can call and get an estimate. So I went to another body shop, since they can afford to refuse business. Ridiculous.

Car Crafter's on Montano is one of the policy holder's, insurance company's approved places to get an estimate. I called and made an appointment to see someone named Roger. Today I show up at the scheduled time and informed the receptionist that I would be outside waiting by my car. I waited around 25 minutes before leaving. Their lack of concern is totally unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

Its like its never happened 9 months later its happening again my car is falling apart with the cheap quality parts used theirs bolts and screws missing that fell of. I went in because car crafters promised warranty on their work they look for every excuese not do the work than wanted me to make a fake claim to my insurance just so they can get paid I will never recommend or do business with these criminals again. Take your car to the dealer im sure they use genuine parts for vehicles. The customer service is awful as well I fill i was denied service due to my race they treated me as if I was lieing.

My wife took her car here to get fixed after an accident. The car came out good but they broke our key and did not take responsibility. Even if the body work came out good, that destroys their integrity to me. Will never return and will try to keep friends and family away from this place.

We have used this Car Crafters location a few times. On the most recent visit the staff was helpful and the work that they did was excellent. The person in charge for my insurance company was professional and answered my questions. I was supposed to receive a call back (one regarding a shuttle service), but was never called. It wasn't a big deal to me as I was able to get a ride there, but it would have been nice to get a call back as promised.

I would recommend this location to anyone needing repairs.

This was a very good place because they are cheerful and responsive to our needs. Completed the work faster than quoted. Having hertz rental on property is convenient. Only complaint is when we arrived at 5:30 pm to get our car, they had already locked the door and made us come back next day. Closing time is 5:30 but they wouldn't budge.

Car Crafters is arguably the best body shop I've worked with over the years (not that I've had to do so often!). I always judge a repair shop by my first impressions. The shop is very clean and obviously well-managed. All employees I interacted with were helpful and courteous. Most importantly, Car Crafters did an excellent job in repairing the ugly scratch I had put in the rear quarter panel of my otherwise flawless truck! The repair was completed on schedule and I was kept appraised of the progress. And, importantly, the repair cost less than what had been estimated by other body shops. In the spirit of full disclosure, I had to bring the truck back for some minor rework (a couple of chips were missed) but it was taken care of without hassle and very quickly. Should I need body work done again, I will not hesitate to travel the 2 hours from my home and go back to Car Crafters.
