The location was convenient for all of our outings. The shuttles made getting in and out very simple. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We plan on staying here again on our next trip.

Not a fan. Poor room. Outdated hotel. Terrible staff but one guy. Terrible shuttle driver. Can't count number of almost crashes. Bugs in room. Dirty trash and red stains on bed.

Although the appearance of hotel is not new compared to others in the area. The welcoming/professionalism of the staff make up for them. With the amount of traffic and inpatient hotel patrons I witnessed the staff hold it together at all times, taking time to even recommend activities to fill the hours. I felt very welcomed and impressed at the high level of customer service that was displayed by all the staff members at this establishment. I feel that customer service is a dying trade but my faith has been restored by all of these wonderful people.

Our tailgate was stolen while our truck was parked at your establishment for a week and the hotel could care less. According to the police, they have been there numerous times and the police want cameras to be put up, but the hotel refuses to do that. The staff at the hotel knows that this happens all the time and they refused to give us a copy of the incident report for the insurance company. Per the insurance company, it is going to cost close to $7000 to have the tailgate replaced. We will definitely not be back and will file a complaint through corporate. Please be careful at this establishment. They are very shady and we will not be using them again.

Very pretty pool area with a bar. Every rep in this place was wonderful! Helpful, Nice, calm, funny, above and beyond normal service. Considering they had people coming and going all day, worse in the morning, they handled it well. The porter is hilarious and extremely helpful.
We came in at 10:00am and lobby was full! It took some time and patience but they worked it out. We went for a walk, lunch and when we returned our room was ready.
The rooms need updated, previous repairs were cheaply done. Wall patches, new fixtures, etc. It appears to be an older building.
There is retail, food within walking distance yet, not a lot of foot traffic.
On a personal level they are great, not sure why they don't do better repairs.response / report this review -

Hotel was compact and in a good location right next to a small shopping mall. The room was nice and comfortable. Would recommend it on a budget.

Floor was filthy was give a broom and dust pan to clean my self, no housekeeping on duty. PILLS , hair, safety pin and filth not even an apology from front desk, they did offer to change room after I personally cleaned up the floor. Was refunded a whole $16.84, can't get pics to upload but have them if anyone would like to see.

It's a "you get what you pay for" hotel. Having said that, it was clean, they offered a descent hot breakfast, and free airport shuttles.
Rooms were spacious for a night or two stay before a cruise. Grounds were well maintained. Front desk staff was very nice, and helpful during check in/out.
We will be cruising again in 2018 from Ft. Lauderdale, and will most likely stay here again the night before emabarkation.
Overall no complaints. Have 3* because it's a 3 star hotel, economically friendly, and it deserves exactly what is advertised. So, for all intents and purposes, the hotel gets a score of 100%.
Only minor issue we encountered was, we called the front desk and ask for a couple extra pillows from housekeeping, that never came.response / report this review -

We had an opportunity to stay for a week. The staff is so very nice, can't wait to go back and visit. The rooms are cramped especially with a person who is handicapped with an injury. Removing useless furniture will help for sure. But overall, the front desk is so accommodating and the wonderful ladies in the tiki bar were so special and accommodating. We really enjoyed are evenings there enjoyed our evenings there. Staff overall, so helpful and polite! Can't wait to go back!

Rooms are clean and well kept. The staff is great. Close to the airport with a free shuttle to and from, no need to get a taxi. And the pool is nice. With some interesting friends that just might join you! It was really fun!

This is the first time booking a hotel on my own an having a birthday party to celebrate and I gotta say coming here, I made the right choice. I was kinda skeptic at first because I was looking at other hotels nearby to see which one was better. This place had everything for me and my friends especially the free parking.. One of the main reasons I came here in the first place and the WiFi, but everything else here so far is pretty chill and nice. The people that live and work here are pretty chill and nice I would recommend coming back here to spend my vacation week. Its really not bad here. Some people I've read reviews on had some minor bad experiences, but it wasn't the same much for me here, but for everyone its different.

On Friday, may 19, 2017 me and my mother checked into this hotel at approximately 3:47pm. As being a full time college student who just finished up how first year in school you can assume that I am extremely tired and could use some sleep before I catch my long flight to Michigan with my mother. at 11:53pm in room134 my mother felt something biting her legs up and as soon as we turned on the lights TWO juicy bedbugs appeared on her pillow! As we requested a refund the manager only said that they could only refund us half of the money because we "should've reported it earlier "! Do you guys really think that we would've slept in the hotel if we seen them earlier ?!?!? After a few words from my mother the manager angrily refunded us all of our money . summary of the story DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE (plus the bathroom and towels were filthy) and I also have pictures and a video

Thank you for a comfortable place to rest and a nice environment. I can't believe that this place has negative reviews and based on my stay they appear very unfair. My room was excellent and the prices were very good. I will make this a place to stay when I am in the area.

We have stayed at this Quality Inn before and it was pretty good. Clean room, moderately quiet and a decent breakfast.
This time though we had problems. I went to the office to see how much the room would be for an extra night. She told me and I said it was more than we wanted to pay. But when we got back to the room, they charged our credit card! I went back to see what was going on but she said it was just a hold and would come off. It wasn't, it took almost a week and phone calls to resolve. This was totally innpropriate and bad business.
We will not return to this or other Quality Inns because of this experience.response / report this review
