8 minutes to get raw eggs. We were the only order in. Over easy means over. They were not turned. Like as in over in the over easy part. Just half raw with crispy edges. Takes some skill to cook an egg that poorly. The bowls at the fruit bar were dirty. About 5 sitting to the side and then two more that i grabbed had food on and in them. Ice machine broken.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times before we board our cruises. The staff is friendly, helpful and always smiling. The rooms are spacious and clean. The FULL breakfast is perfect. I highly recommend the HGI Airport-Cruise Port!

Excellent customer service here. The entire staff was great. This is a newly remodeled HGI that was a Hyatt hotel before I believe. Great location for the airport and cruise port. All the expected amenities are here.

This is probably my favorite place to stay before going on a cruise.
They offer Park-and-Cruise deals that offer a shuttle to, and from Port Everglades. You can leave your vehicle here in their parking lot, and that is included in the deal price. The lobby is clean and welcoming. The staff has always been very polite, and fun loving. Any issues that we have had (There was only one minor issue) was resolved quickly and professionally. The food at the restaurant is quite good for dinner. The breakfast buffet is small, but not lacking for anything. It is always an enjoyable meal. Have stayed here multiple times, and will continue to do so for future cruise vacations out of Ft Lauderdale.

Can't sleep!!! Went to bed at 10 to try and get rest. Got woken up by lots of commotion from the room above from 11 to 1130. Because I got an hour rest before now I'm really not tired. Air conditioner making a humming noise. I'm not tired at all anymore to try and sleep againmy flight is at 6 so I have to be at the airport at 4. This is going to be a fun flight. I hope nobody pisses me off, I don't think I'll have the patience for it. My trip was awesome, but this one night at the Hilton hotel shadows over it with a dark cloud. This is what $169 a night gets you.

Good location. Parking is always tight. Popular with the "cruise crowd". They're recovering from storm damage (Oct '17) but doing a good job of working around repairs.

This may be a much better place than what I was seeing. Hurricane Erma messed up the place so much construction which encroached into many areas. So maybe prior to this it was good, but not for me. PS don't eat the eggs at the Continental breakfast, they are terrible (only 1 out of 12 could eat)!

Good location with nearby restaurants and complimentary shuttle to hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The service was good and the staff had a lot of helpful recommendations

Our family stayed here and we stayed at the Fairfield inn. The room looked cleaned, and the property was in great condition, except for two very disturbing things that should probably be addressed- 1) when you pull into the hotel their is a power line hanging from a tree and 2) the back parking lot entrance has a key reader and a sign that says locked from 7pm to 6am, but it never locks. Hotel management should look into fixing these issues right away.

Restaurant dinner special, which the bartender highly recommended was obviously just the chef trying to empty out the fridge. Fettuccine with meatballs, peppers, onions, tomatoes, arugula (or other leafy green), mozzarella and, a TON of parmesan. It tasted okay, i guess. But it was weird.

Location was fairly easy to find. Check in was simple. Rooms weren't amazing, could use some up dates but they served their purpose. Was only at the location for approximately 5 hours as I had an extremely early flight. Would recommend staying.

Excellent stays! We've stayed and cruised twice with them now and the shuttle service to and from the port was great! Our car was safe and sound in their parking lot, and quite honestly it is cheaper and much less stressful to do a trip this way than to park at the port and deal with all the traffic. Very well organized and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!
