Went to the Double Tree for a company function. The hotel is well kept and parking was plentiful. The lobby was clean and we'll decorated. The food was average. Not bad but not as good as I would expect from a Double Tree. The conference room was functional and the staff was professional, though not too nice. Didn't see many smiles. Bathrooms were awful. Everything was functional but super dirty. The men's bathroom had poop on the floor! The women's was closed during the function.

The room smelled great. Would have liked more of a walk in shower but bath works fine for our girls. Room was facing a parking garage but not a major issue as I wanted a King Suite and that was the only one available. This hotel will more than likely become our personal hotel when visiting Fort Lauderdale. The staff was kind and Chef Eddie.amazing. Love him. He is such a sweet old dude. Five stars for Chef Eddie.

First time we stayed at this location & first time at a Double Tree by Hilton hotel. Beautiful hotel. Loved the Christmas decorations. Amazing customer service. Loved the complimentary cookies. The beds were so comfortable. Rooms extremely clean & well put together. Great food at the restaurant downstairs in the hotel. Loved the free shuttle to the mall and hockey game.

As a staging area for a wedding this hotel was superb. The rooms are large and spacious. An available shuttle to the venue was on schedule and dependable. The on site restaurant and bar was convenient and affordable. The pool area and banquet facilities were quite attractive. A return visit would be great.

Staff was great had a free upgrade. Their way of making a "Hilton's honor" floor is a great idea but they should invest in a better elevator button than a piece of laminated paper taped to the floor. It isn't a good look. :-)

If you're going to a hockey game this is the place to stay. Shuttle to take you there and pick you up, only a little walk. Great place. Rooms were very nice and clean, beds comfortable. Staff great. Breakfast was also good.

Very nice hotel. very close to a large shopping mall. also, there is a shuttle bus going to and from the hotel to the large shopping mall. At checkin we were informed very good. The people here were the nicest of our hole holiday. The elevators were the best i've seen so far.

The Double Tree by Hilton at Sawgrass has been amazing over this past week that we have stayed with then. The two biggest pluses are that they are pet friendly and located across the street from the Sawgrass Mall in a great area. Their staff has been wonderful and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stayed here during a business trip. I Received an upgrade to the honeymoon suite on the top floor, which was a nice surprise. It was a beautiful room with a Jacuzzi in the bedroom, and a fancy shower in the bathroom. Unfortunately I couldn't be here with my wife so I couldn't really enjoy the room to the fullest extent, but it was at least very comfortable, and on a quiet floor. The jacuzzi jets didn't seem to work though, (Don't judge me!) And the fancy shower had 3 knobs but only one of them would turn. The hand sprayer was the only shower head of the 4 that I could get to turn on. But maybe I'm just not smart enough to do it right? Of course the cookie was awesome as always. But if I had paid full price for the suite for my wife and myself, I probably would have been disappointed to be honest.

I was visiting a friend who was attending an event. The lobby was lovely, with great seating area for a private conversation. We were in the lobby for a few hours without any problems. The Starbucks was convenient and the staff was friendly.

Place is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and kind. Provides shuttle service to surrounding places within 3 mi, and that includes Sawgrass mills mall where it is handy to do your shopping and eat at any of the variant food places there, then arrange a shuttle pick up back to the hotel.

Having worked at a hotel myself for 10 years, I have very high expectations when it comes to customer service. I can say without hesitation that the Doubletree Sunrise-Sawgrass was one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. What makes it so fabulous? The staff is beyond wonderful. They are not just friendly, they make everyone feel at home like a 2nd family.
A special shout out to the front desk staff - always friendly and charming, always welcoming, always helpful - especially Michael "with the beautiful hair". Another stand out was Ricardo, who was just a gem while he ferried us around on the shuttle. And special thanks to housekeeping for checking in on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. I've always stay at the Hilton so I knew what to expect at DoubleTree. It was everything i expected. I booked a suite to stay there for my birthday weekend, & as an honor member I was upgrade to the presidential suite. We had a great time the room was cleaned, the worlers were really attentive to my needs and everything I needed. Thanks to all the staff for making my vacation memorable!!!!
