The Fairfield inn stay was very enjoyable, the room was spacious and even though it was busy the staff was very accommodating. There was a breakfast I wasn't able to partake of because of my departure time for my flight, however I had heard good things about it. The stay all together was a great experience.

Great option for anyone flying out of the nearby Ft. Lauderdale airport. Free parking and shuttle to airport when you stay the night before your flight. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and good breakfast.

The hotel staff here are wonderful. Had a few challenges with cancelled flights, and they worked with me. Even called for a free hotel shuttle that took us to a near-by, local restaurant for dinner. Room clean, comfortable. Great pool. Will definitely be back.

Clean. Modern. Great staff. Fridge. Excellent free breakfast. Soundproof rooms so you can see big planes taking off just outside your window but you cant hear the planes! Slow airport shuttle. Expect to wait 30 mins.

The rooms are quite small for suites. The space was oddly assigned to the large bath area.

There was no microwave or designated sitting area to validate being referred to as a suite. Also there was only coffee and no tea offered within the room. Temperature-wise, the room was set to very cool. The room and bathroom were quite clean. Breakfast buffet was okay: the usual eggs, fruit, mini waffles. There was no complimentary tea/coffee/water station in the lobby. ☹

Overall, not a bad option for a one night stay but missing a few elements that help stand out from the run of the mill.

My daughter is in Fort Lauderdale waiting for her flight before the storm. She was evacuated from the Florida Keys. I want to thank everyone who has been to kind and gracious during her stay there. She called me and said she feels optimistic and calm due to the hospitality at this hotel. Thank you for not price gouging her on the last minute reservation. I'm happy to hear about the kindness and caring for your guests during this trying time.

I missed my flight because of a wreck when I was coming back from the keys and needed a place to stay one night until I could catch the next flight out of town. This hotel was just what the doctor ordered. The shuttle wasn't explained well on the website, but it was easy to use after I called the front desk and the employee explained it to me. It was a clean and comfortable place to sleep and the shuttle ran 24 hours so I was able to get to the airport to catch my 5:35 flight without having to call a Lyft.

I feel like I Fell for a con. Front desk lied to me and said it was the only room left in town. Clearly wasn't. Front desk pretended to phone another hotel, then lied about their price

I was there for only one night but the front desk employees were very hard working and attentive. It unfortunately rained while I was there but the pool looked beautiful. What I didn't like was the TV kept losing signal but that could have been due to the rain. The front desk employee gave an excellent recommendation for a restaurant close by and in price range. The rooms were neat and tidy. And the environment was inviting

Had a queen size (bed) room. Hotel had a shuttle to and from airport. Bed was comfy, not too firm, but not too soft. GREAT pillows. Great customer service. Pretty decent snack bar on first floor near entrance. Continental breakfast was only OK. Location is near Wendy's and 2 gas stations if the snack bar doesn't tickle your fancy

Our stay at the ft Lauderdale Fairfield inn was pleasant. The room was clean and furnitings were in good condition. The Continental breakfast was stocked well and the staff was very friendly. $10 per person for the shuttle to the airport seemed a little steep, but we didn't use that service, so that was fine. The hotel wasn't close to being at occupancy, so when we asked for a late check out and were told 12:30pm was the latest we could leave without being charged, we thought that was a bit rude. All and all an excellent one night stay, would return.
