Really good location. More than average breakfast choices. Price not the worst.

Clean and cozy with a nice patio area. Not too far from the beach, but traffic and parking are a definite minus. Also, there are a number of bars and clubs nearby that can get quite noisy. Another minus is a sarcastic, unfriendly desk clerk. Overall an okay place, not recommended for people with children.

It is the dirtiest hotel in Florida and possibly in the U.S.
It is dirty both literally and metaphorically, there are people in the hotel smoking marijuana in public, gypsies and prostitutes all over the place, the rooms are f filthy and I have pictures if you want.
I checked in tonight and I went to Wal-Mart to get some temporary sheets so I can sleep the night.
Tomorrow morning is my greatest day because I will the hem out of this hotel..

If there is a negative rating I will give it.

Just to be fair, the old lady in the front office was a nice in her treatment but it is just the hotel so filthy.

Cute decor. Good service. Clean rooms. Convenient parking. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because you could hear patrons in the courtyard quite easily.

I was given a room with poor wifi. They moved me to a different room as I need wifi. The hotel has character. It's old and looks like it should be in the French Quarter. My room was clean and I really liked the fact that I could walk to about 40 restaurants.

Great location in downtown hollywood! Third stay in this cozy hotel. The rooms a little dated but comfortable and clean. Our safety deposit box malfunctioned - 10 minutes later it was repaired. The staff are always helpful and friendly! The pool was clean and they have a relaxing outdoor area near pool. Love the decor with little statues and tropical flowers. Great continental breakfast. For the price no complaints. Looking forward to coming back next year. I give this hotel 3.5.

This place is good if you need somewhere to stay for the night quickly or if you're looking for something during the day in the area. But if you have time to book something I wouldn't recommend this place. It needs to be remobeled, carpet is disgusting and room service sucks. You also have to pay $5 a day for parking every single day, even if you stay there multiple days in a row and they also use the parking garage as their own personal valet service so when you do come to park late in the night, you're lucky if you find parking.

I came to visit a friend that was in town. Parking was convenient and the front desk staff was atrentive and helpful. As I work in hospitality, I appreciate good customer care. We went out for drinks at nearby restaurants and lounges off Harrison street. Very great location. Would recommend to anyone coming to South Florida and doesn't want to deal with the insane traffic of South Beach while still enjoying the beaches and the scenery and charm eclectic Downtown Hollywood has to offer.

Weird looking motel but our room was comfortable. Room phone and room alarm clock didn't work. Included breakfast was decent. Parking is extra, $4.95 per night for motel guests.

They have cozy rooms, very good service, good breakfast, and they have a very nice heated pool, they provide with lots of towels for the pool. Also the are lots of restaurants nearby and the beach is 5 min. away, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel is great friendly service rooms are spacious staff very helpful. The only reason I have four stars is the parking. The parking places on the floor that exits to the lobby is tight. When leaving if you an SUV you can easily scratch it, but all in all 5 🌟 for service and 1 🌟 for parking.

The breakfast bar was good. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The decor was was showing a little wear. It was unnerving to have the hotel room doors open out instead of in. To me this can be a safety concern. Overall I'd recommend staying there for the price.
