Always love my stays at Hyatt Hotels, friendly, family, clean, is like the best thing you can ask for!!! I'm super happy with my stay and Karen is most helpful at the front desk, plus she loves popcorn!!! Also Andrew was great with helping me ship out some packages. Love Hyatt Hotels!!!!

We purchased a one night stay through our travel agent, using a "best available upon arrival" certificate. We were given a king suite. The room included a L shaped couch, desk and chair, mini fridge, 42" TV walk in shower and toilet and large Vanity. There is a small pool outside that we didn't use but appeared clean. The road noise was somewhat bothersome as there is a freeway just outside. The continental breakfast had a good variety and was busy.
Overall the rooms could use some refreshing, however it is more than a sufficient and comfortable for one night.

Their water was contaminated due to a water main bursting. They advised me to not drink the water as it would make me sick. They also said don't even brush your teeth with it. Good warning and I appreciated it but they could have offered me a bottle of water. After a 15 hour day the last thing I wanted to do was to have to leave the hotel in search of water. The next day I asked if I could buy one at the front desk and they said they were complementary.. little late.

I can finally check off staying at an airport hotel from my bucket listand I did it in moderate style. Big rooms, good location. The pool apparently didn't have chairs next to it according to my mother but hey. Overall nice place with good staff, pretty modern amenitiesdoes the job for a decent price, would stay here again.

Clean facilities. Friendly and helpful front desk - provided toiletries when we forgot some things. There's a small gym and pool here. Breakfast was better than the usual complimentary breakfasts at other hotels - fresh fruit, huge variety of Tazo teas. Free parking here. Close to variety of fast food joints.

The rooms where very spacious and well decorated. I used the shuttle services to and from the airport. Its was very convient to leave my car and just go and be picked up. They are very fast at tending to needs in rooms. The hummus tray the serve is off the charts amazing!!!

***Boaters Beware***

The staff was lovely, the room was average, but the real kicker is that the propellers were stolen off of our boat in the middle of the night. Sure, could have happened anywhere in South Florida, but THERE ARE NO SECURITY CAMERAS onsite. The officer who came to get our statement said this a very common occurrence at this hotel. Come on, Hyatt! We expected better of you. That's why we chose you over the others.

Me and my girlfriends stayed at Hyatt Place for a Bridal Trip and our 4 days there were awesome. The transportation service offered was very accommodating special thanks to the head of the operation who looked after us. Anthony at front desk always was pleasant and welcoming and satisfied all our requirements. Housekeeping was very friendly and always helpful with supplies and queries.
All the staff and services were to our satisfaction and the Oakwood Mall across the street was an added bonus. Thank you to everyone at Hyatt Place we will be returning again.

It's locations is great not far from the air port or the beach. The interstate is right there so local travel is easy. They offer a shuttle that picks you up from the air port and can drop you off. We came and stayed a few days the building seems new and the staff where friendly. I would say it could have been a little cleaner in the main halls and elevator. They offer free wifi witch is great but it' was to slow to use. But the rooms them self where great.
