Room was big and bed was comfortable. We stayed there because of how close it is to the Buffalo airport, and they offer 24-hour shuttle service. The bathroom was a bit unclean (clear dirt marks on the outside of the tub) but otherwise a very good place to stay for a night.

Great and helpful staff, parked there for a few nights instead of paying the outrageous airport parking costs and the staff personally shuttles you too and from the airport whenever you schedule/call. 10/10 helpful staff and great service.

The rooms were neat and clean and it was very close to the airport. Also there were a lot of places nearby you could go to to get food or quick necessities

Staff was helpful, but parking near the building was difficult and the room wasn't very clean. The doors keys did not work consistently. I will say the sunrise out the window was gorgeous.

I'd say, a good place in Buffalo. Definitely booking them again. The rooms were a good space to stay. Wasn't comparable to Hilton, provided that there isn't much of a price difference.
Anyhow, somewhere to definitely look at. They are quite good. The area was peaceful. Out and away from the road, that's a plus! Awesome place, good value for money, if you get a nice deal!

I used the rental car company inside. Shuttle is every 30 minutes (vs. a literal 5 minute walk to the ground level doors) starting at 4. Oh, it's a van, so you might not even fit into the van and will have to wait for the next trip.
The lobby is decentfairly quite while I was there, nothing great.

Basic hotel, with reasonable rates. Our flight from Buffalo got cancelled, so we booked room here to spend a night. There have free airport shuttle, and morning breakfast. No in-house restaurant, but there's a McDonald's next door. Rooms were not very clean, bathroom latch was not working, bath tube felt water beneath and was swollen. AC was very old but functional. Overall its a budget stay for unexpected overnight stays, not good for long duration.

I stayed at this hotel over Labor Day weekend with my family. The initial room we were given was poorly cleaned. There were long black hairs in the bathroom sink, a brown smear on the rim of the toilet seat, and a woman’s sports bra next to the trash bin. We were also surprised that there wasn’t a mini-fridge in the room as this has been provided standard in other Quality Inn’s that we have stayed in, but on reviewing the list of amenities we found that a fridge was not included.

Unfortunately, this initial room also had a major leak that saturated the carpet around the bathroom and under one of the beds. After some discussion, hotel staff decided to move us to a different room, but the new room’s electronic lock malfunctioned and left us stranded in the hall for some time. A master key was used for my family to secure our belongings in the new room, but it was more than 12 hours after that before my family was able to regain access to that room with the electronic key cards we were provided. The keys/lock continued to cause problems and required a trip to the front desk to get new keys at least once per day. We also returned once to find the door unlocked and open (presumably from housekeeping not closing it), but fortunately nothing was missing.

The staff was friendly and professional, but frequently bemoaned a lack of support from their superiors. I was also never able to speak to a manager despite requests to. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

I previously stayed at this hotel and loved it. The price was right for such a clean and warm hotel. I returned another time but the hotel was fully booked. I checked into another and then checked out the next day and checked into Quality hotel because I prefer to stay there.

Room was clean and comfortable. Very easy to find and we really enjoyed the cheap parking included in our package. We were flying out to Fort Lauderdale the next day for a cruise, and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport :)

It is possible to work between the hotel and the airport, but a complementary shuttle is provided. The room was standard in its size and amenities but was clean and tidy. Breakfast was provided (advertised as a full international breakfast, although I was only able to see bagels with sausage meat and eggs or cereal). Slight problem with check-in as my wife had booked the hotel under her card. I checked in and was staying alone. When I presented her card I was told I would need to provide a card under my name to cover damages etc. Eventually able to check in with just her card. Overall a plesent stay, including taking advantage of the free shuttle back to the airport.

Normally I'm a fairly lenient rater, but two things struck out as kind of annoying, which docked the stars. First-most would be the thinness of the walls-- I could clearly here the conversation of the room adjacent to me, well into midnight. Secondly would be the shower, which took more than a few minutes to reach heated temperatures, and several more for full warmth.

Their park-sleep-fly deals are very swell, however, and the shuttle to the airport (service started at 4 AM) was very convenient for that purpose. In addition, the front desk staff were very helpful in checking me in (slightly) early, and friendly each time I interacted with them.
