Love this hotel. The staff is fantastic and treated me like a king. My flight was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight. I had to stay another night in Buffalo. They provided me with a room upgrade and several toiletries since I had to wait on my suitcase to be brought to me from the airport. My room had a fireplace which was a nice touch. They drove me to the airport at 4am. Great customer service, clean room and an overall great experience. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

Homewood Suites had a great amount of comfort and care put into it. The rooms given were very comfortable and easy accessible from everything in the room.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very polite and considerate, efficiency room was large and had a home like feel. I really like the daily replenishable snacks & drinks. Breakfast was nice.

Rooms are getting a little run down but OK overall. Beds were not very comfortable. Airplanes were loud outside but not inside. Breakfast was great. Social hours with free drinks was a nice touch. Kid's loved the cookies at the front desk. Staff was very friendly. Loved that my puppy could stay. We will stay here again.

Amazing place. Super clean beautiful layout and very well maintained. Every little detail is covered from antibacterial wipe for remotes to earplugs by the bedside. Rooms are spotless. It's the best Hilton location by far and manager Patrick is absolutely amazing. He was so SUPER nice and friendly and made us feel at home. I truly hope his hard work is well recognized with in your company!!!!

This a beautiful hotel. The complementary breakfast and dinner is amazing. The staff greeted us every time we entered or left. The room is almost the size of my apartment. The kitchen has all the basics. Overall I was very pleased with the experience there!

Greeted warmly by a lady who obviously cares about her job and her customers! The room was good and the evening reception with food, beer and wine is nice. Location near the airport was great for me.
