I walked into this location with my service animal that is in training. Let's just say Publix employees need better training on how to handle these kinds of situations because my experience was terrible. How about asking, "Hello, is your animal a service animal?". Instead of assuming I'm just bringing a random dog into the store. That MOD was a jerk! Not visiting this location ever again.

First time in a Publix. I wanted to see if all the wonderful stories were true. And they ARE. So polite, employees actually stopped what they were doing to TAKE me to items I couldn't find. Can't wait till they come to Richmond Va!

Wonderful variety including ethnic, green, fresh, frozen. Great seafood selection, fresh fruits and veggies and bakery. Clean. Exceptional personnel. Maybe a little too personal asking what I'm doing over the weekend!?! Consistently outstanding.

it was pretty good. I was looking for chopped onions, not much to choose from. usually there is enough employees to offer to help with groceries, but not this time, maybe cutting back. I don't usually take the offer, but it was nice to be asked. the check out guy was very nice and friendly.

Awesome sales, super friendly employees, amazing bogos (or you can get one 50% off!) fresh hot food, fresh cut fruit, salad bar and grab and go meals. By far my favorite place to shop for groceries. The prices may be a little higher on certain items than other places, but with the coupons, bogos, and even competitor coupons, you can get a crazy deal.
