The price was good for bowling. ($45.50 for my husband, myself 6 y/O and 3 y/o for one hour) The customer service, however falls below expectation. We started with the Angry Bird game option, but when realizing the scoring was different (and after it totally skipped one bowler) we switched back to normal scoring. Things were ok until about the 5 frame. Our lane started knocking down any remaining pins we had after our first bowl. When we asked the front desk for help, the attendant came over and told us to hit a button any time it happened. No apology. About half of our time we were pushing buttons and waiting for pins to reset. Never were we offered anything for the time wasted on the technical errors. We will not be back to burn another $22 to push buttons.

Great deal! Up to five people bowl 2 hours shoes included, $5 game card a piece, a large pizza (kind of gross), and a pitcher of soda. We had a great time. Would've given 5 stars but the pizza wasn't good at all.

Had a good time. Staff was friendly and patient with the children. Kids enjoyed it also. We did the Pizza Bowl package. Food was hot and good. Drinks were cold.

Nice little place for family fun plenty of activities for kids and adults staff is great very helpful and they keep it clean,need to get that kiosk machine fixed though wait time is to long when it's crowded trying to get arcade cards, other than that I recommend this place to anyone for a family fun night out!

Great place to take kids. Lines can get long at peak times but they work through long lines pretty fast. Customer service is always good and respectful.

We had a ton of fun bowling, and then we finished the night with a game of pool. Bar selection was great, and everything felt fairly priced. Our lane was having technical difficulties at first, but the staff quickly swapped our lanes and restarted our time.

We have a ton of fun! There's a full bar & restaurant in addition to the huge arcade, so I thought they wouldn't let me bring outside food to the table at our lane, but no one said anything to me when I brought my to-go lunch. We were only there to bowl, so we didn't interact with employees almost at all, just to get shoes etc. But we weren't bothered, which we appreciated. The blacklights and lasers are always fun, when they shut the lights off.
