I was unsure of what I was looking for when I pulled up on the lot and was greeted by a very sharp young man. Ryan Carney was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He was very patient with me and a joy to talk to. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. Thank you Tameron Honda for employing exceptional employees.

I put money down for a car with the promise that they would order it and it would be here "soon". Eight months later I still don't have the car and the salesman I was working with will not respond to my inquiries.
Edit: After showing up to the dealership in person and working with a different sales manager, they refunded my deposit. Even though they weren't able to deliver on getting me the car I wanted, they at least eventually gave me my deposit back and were nice about it.response / report this review -

Lesly Grant was the best! I was in and out very quick. She made you feel so welcome and kept me informed. I’ll definitely be going back. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your help. We need more Lesly Grant’s around! Love her for sure.

Helped me get my Si in 2014. The new cars sales manager very good. And service with them has been easy since I don't know a lot about cars. They always recommend thinks to be done to keep everything in tip top shape.

I just had my vehicle serviced at Tameron Honda! I always request Leslie Grant (service advisor). She is so helpful and pleasant. I will continue doing all my service with Tameron Hondano complaints always a positive experience!

Jake Farris, at Tameron Honda made our buying experience the most enjoyable I've ever had. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the SUV we purchased. He went out of his way to make us comfortable. He explained every detail so there was nothing we had a question about by the end of the sale. Jake introduced us to his manager, Tyler Otis, and again it was a pleasant experience. If you want to be treated fair, go to Tameron Honda. We couldn't ask for a better deal! Ask for Jake, I guarantee he will treat you right!!!

This place helped us tremendously. Brian was our sales guy at the used car building. He showed us different options in various price ranges so we fully understood what we would get at each price. He rode with us for each test drive we took and honestly answered the questions we had. Bob Skinner (who is a manager) was also involved and very helpful. Not once did we feel pressured to buy a certain car and this place treated us very well. There was another man (I don't remember his name but he had black hair and a black goatee) that also helped when Brian became tied up with another customer. They had someone run and buy us lunch, since the process was taken awhile. My husband and I were in awe the rest of the day how we'll this place treated us. I defiantly recommend going here. They do what they can to work with you and help you get the best deal you can get.

Great job at Tameron Honda. I was in the market for a commuter car, specifically a 6 speed Accord. Travis helped me find one and rode along with me on a quick test drive. The car was fantastic, but I was apprehensive about price negotiation. I shouldn't have been, because the sales staff worked with me to get a fair price almost immediately. No long waits, no salesman bologna. Travis and Tameron made it all super easy. Thanks!

Buying a vehicle from Tameron Honda was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically i would like to give a high praise to my salesman, Kelvin Moore. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional! His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. Not only did i get to leave Tameron Honda with a 2016 Toyota Corolla, but i also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you for helping me as well as staying with us for the entire experience. I will forever recommend Kelvin Moore to anyone inquiring about a vehicle as this was the best first time buyers experience anyone could ever imagine!

Terrible experience today at Tameron Honda. I was called by Randall Reed and said that I had guaranteed special financing and was already approved for a vehicle. He told me to come in and ask for him to "finalize paperwork" as he said. He was not there and I was set up with the salesman Greg who didn't seem to be that excited to see me. I was not shown cars upon my arrival and didn't even get to test drive or see a car until I asked. He seemed unsure of what vehicles were even on the lot. I spent over 3 hours in the dealership to find out that I couldn't get anything. He had my credit report before calling me. He lied to me to get me in there. I will be sure to let everyone know how they treated me.

This is my second Honda at Tameron and with John Gleason but there will be more!! Let me start by saying that buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do. John treated me in a professional but friendly manner. He communicates so well that he is able to determine just what criteria in a vehicle are on my must have list. Nothing high pressure and this was the selling point for me! He is thorough, knowledgeable, yet relaxed. John is a great listener! Tameron has a wonderful service department, although with Honda, I am only there for regular maintenance. In a day and time when service and respect for customers sometimes seems to be a thing forgotten, go to John Gleason at Tameron and you will find it alive and well.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Tameron Honda. It was such a great car buying experience. Hannah Gordon (sales consultant) was very helpful along with the finance department. They were able to get me the right payment at the right price. I highly recommend this dealership.

I have bought several cars in my life time but I had never had such a bad experience as I did at Tameron Honda. We had a letter of approval at another bank for a certain amount of money, which was as good as cash, but the salesman at Tameron kept insisting that we finance through their banks. He said their bank can give us a better interest rate and more money. He had discounted the car we were interested in purchasing and gave a price on our trade in. After he realized that he couldn't do better on the interest rate than our banks. He took away the discount on the car that we were interested in and added additional fees. Now the car was out of our range to purchase it. He said that they can make more money on the car if another buyer financed it through their bank. He said that their company gets a kickback from their banks if you finance it through them, so they will make more money on the car. Now, this car was a used 2014 with a carfax that stated that it had been in an minor accident. In knowing this information upfront, the salesman turned down a cash offered and refused to bargain and took back the discount that was original given. MY valuable time was wasted! DO NOT TRUST THESE SALESMEN!
